1对论文的要求
论文的一般要求：
①要形成论点，不宜在论文中作全面的历史回顾。
②结论要适当，要从实际出发，结论要恰入其分，不能夸大，也不必缩小。
③重点要突出，论文要集中对某一个问题的研究，并得出明确的结论，不宜庞杂和面面俱到。
④问题要符合科学论文的要求，以充分的事实为论据，以合乎逻辑的推理来论证，在语言方面要朴实、准确，条例清除，文字要简练易懂，虽然不追求华丽的词藻，但也要力求生动感人。
⑤一篇毕业论文一般应不少于10000字(20页以上)。
⑥统一用A4纸打印，题目用三号字、标题用四号字、正文用小四号字。
⑦文中的表格力求简明，采用三线图。图次和表次一律写成图1，图2，……，并尽可能随文排。正文层次标题应简短明确，以不超过15个字为宜，各层次一律用阿拉伯数字连续符号，不同层次的数字之间用圆点“.”相隔，题末不要加标点，如：

2论文的结构
毕业设计由毕业设计说明书和附件两部分组成，论文的结构，至少应包括以下几个方面：
题目
题目要确切、恰当、鲜明、简短，既能概括全文的内容，也能引人注目，题目写在如开始页所示的封面页中。
目录
将论文的各项标题列出，并表明其页码。
摘要
①研究的内容；
②研究的对象；
③主要内容和过程；
④结果；
⑤结论、价值和意义(只介绍论文，不评论)；
⑥关键字。
序言(引言或问题描述)
用通俗易懂的专业语言，将所处理的问题描述出来(包括文献综述)，其中包括有关工作的理论根据、国内外对该问题的研究状况、研究的目的和目标、数据的来源，其中不考虑所使用的计算机环境和所使用的语言。
基本原理
说明解决问题所依据的原理，也需要说明所使用的系统平台(计算机硬件、操作系统、支持软件等)，还要说明选择该环境的理由。
方案设计或算法描述
描述解决问题的方案设计，描述从输入数据到输出结果所采用的算法，其中包括：数据流向、算法设计、算法正确性和有效性说明。
也需要说明所采用的数据结构(包括数据描述、数据类型、数据域长度、数据的取值范围、数据的存取结构等)。
具体实现
将处理问题的整个程序系统和重要模块功能实现以流程图的方式表示出来，特别注意展示系统的精华所在和最得意的技术。
结论及进一步的工作
以简明的词句概括全文，要同序言相呼应，写下结论。
可以提出论文有待进一步开展的工作。
致谢
论文基本写成后，说明已完成一项工作，在该项工作中，往往要得到一些专家、学者及同事的帮助，要根据受到帮助的程度及所起的作用，在文中表示出来以示感谢。
参考文献
文献引用要恰当，与本文密切相关的结论，特别的数据一定要注明文献，至少有一篇英文文献。一般不引用内部资料。这也是尊重知识、重视版权，也体现水平。

②系统试运行结果，要设法说明结果的正确性；

英文论文格式范文 篇六
中文题名一般不超过20个汉字，避免使用的研究等非特定词，不使用副题名。英文题名应与中文题名含义一致，开头不用定冠词。
中文关键词选词要规范，应尽量从汉语主题词表中选取，不能采用英文缩写。英文关键词应与中文关键词一一对应，也不能采用英文缩写。
2、正文
正文篇幅一般在8000字以内，包括简短引言、论述分析、结果和结论等内容。文中出现的外文缩写除公知公用的首次出现一律应标有中文翻译或外文全称。
文中图、表应有自明性，且随文出现，并要有相应的英文名。文中图的数量一般不超过6幅。图中文字、符号、坐标中的标值和标值线必须写清，所有出现的数值都应标有明确的量与单位。文中表格一律采用三线表。
文中有关量与单位必须符合国家标准和国际标准。用单个斜体外文字母表示(国家标准中专门规定的有关特征值除外;如要表示量的状态、序位、条件等，可对该单个字母加上下角标、阿拉伯数字以及^等)，避免用中文表示。
