海报种类很多，其写法也各有侧重和特色。但海报的基本内容通常包括以下3部分：
1.标题。标题的写法有3种形式：
（1）在正文上书写“海报”二字，字体大而醒目，以吸引人们注意。
（2）直接书写活动内容，如“舞会”、“学术讲座”、“球讯”等，使人一看就知道是什么内容。
（3）在活动内容前加上举办单位名称，如“中国作家协会举办丁玲作品研讨会”;也有的在正标题前加几句概括目的、意义，说明活动宗旨、精彩程度的话作眉题，以渲染气氛，调动人们的参与热情。
2.正文。一般采用分项列举式的写法，逐项列出活动的时间、地点、内容、参与方式和注意事项等。为增强吸引力，在介绍内容时，语言可有一定的形象性和鼓动性，书写活泼，可配有象征性图案，以扩大宣传效果。
3.落款。写明主办单位和举办单位，署名下一行写明日期。

几十年前，教育还不能像现在这样受人重视，许多人小学毕业，便不再念书。
我爸就曾面临这样的问题。家境本就不算富裕，家中六个孩子，若是都读书，负担实在太重受不了。我奶奶选择了最简单明了的方法——成绩好的，读；读不好的，回家种田，过面朝黄土背朝天的生活。
那是一个小农村，好几里外才有一所学校。村里没什么人听过英语，更别提开口念。几个兄弟，有些也觉得读书没用。于是继续念初中的，全家就我爸一个。
好不容易上到高中，我爸面临上学以来最严重的问题——英语课本上密密麻麻的小字，长得就跟小蝌蚪一样，一串连着一串，浮在纸上四处爬。老师读的也听不太懂，加上又没有基础，我爸更是学得举步维艰。
“你知道我那时怎么背单词？写得大大的，贴在墙上、床头。每天一起床，刚睁开眼，看到的就是铺天盖地的单词，当时我恨不得把书撕了，回家去，反正我也背不下英语了。”这是我的英语成绩跌入低谷时，我爸说给我听的。于是，我的房间总是贴满英语单词。
又过了一段时间，港台歌星大行其道。许多同学收藏了不少明星的海报、照片，每天都能听到唱片吱吱呀呀地唱得欢快。我爸当时也喜欢听，但不好意思向家里要钱买这些“耗时费力”的东西。可他在吃饭时少打一两饭，日子久了，竟也省下点钱去买海报。
“读书已经用着家里的钱了，哪能再回去要钱！我没这么厚的脸皮……”可能是因为这个遗憾，我爸一直支持我追星，也愿意出钱给我买专辑、海报；有我喜欢的明星代言新鞋时，悄悄买了我的码，放在我床底下。但我已开始渐渐习惯用自己的零花钱追星……
爸上了大学以后，到一家书店打工。“老板人特别好，还送过我一套书。”他的那套《平凡的.世界》现在仍在我书架上，时常被我翻开。我爸说他最喜欢孙少平，我也是。
“大学毕业后，我还遇到了一个好心人。在他的帮助下，我才找到第一份正式工作。也是在那里，我遇见了你妈妈。后来来厦门，结了婚，然后有了你……”也许是因为这事，我爸很愿意帮助刚毕业的年轻人。
我曾看过一部日剧，里面有这样一句台词：“人，远比我们想象的更强大。”在我的印象中，我爸也是个强大的人。
从少年开始，出身于乡村的父亲便在回家和念书间做抉择，到后来经历的许多事，他努力奋斗的风采一直都在激励我。改革开放四十年，他是亲历者，参与者，见证者，也是受益者，终于开辟了属于他自己的也是我们的新天地！这是一件多么幸运多么美妙的事！我也希望自己能像他一样，拥有他这样的风采，在新时代创造更美好的生活。
