(一)预习:教师可以给学生列出每个单元的预习提纲,让学生根据自己的实际情况进行预习。根据预习提纲,转差生可以提前借助于工具书了解课文内容,培优生可以进行超前学习,教师只为为他们提供方法指导。大多数差生往往是“笨鸟不飞”。教师就只好常带着他们先飞,和差生一起预习实际上是教给他们学英语的正确方法,“教是为了不教”。培养学生的自学能力,应该是我们教学的真正目的。教师可以借助于预习这一环节,激发培优生的主观能动性,鼓励他们自学,超前学,往深里学。
(二)听课:听课对于一个学习者而言是最重要的一个环节,在英语课堂中,差生上课时注意力往往不够集中,为了检测转差生的听课效果,教师可以采用突击性的发问。转差生由于羞怯心理往往怕开口,教师可以尽量选择难易适度的问题去问他们;叫他们到黑板上写有把握的句子;朗读事先已读过多遍的课文等等。从而使转差生克服自卑,战胜困难,取得成功。在课堂上教师也要积极为培优生提供锻炼和提高的机会,引导“培优”的学生认识自己的长处,为他们提供尽可能多的展示自己的机会,使他们的自我表现力、创造力得到充分的发挥。
(三)复习:英
