电影观后感英语作文 篇一: "The Pursuit of Happyness"
"The Pursuit of Happyness" is a heartwarming and inspirational film that left a deep impact on me. Directed by Gabriele Muccino, the movie tells the true story of Chris Gardner, a struggling salesman who becomes homeless with his young son but continues to pursue his dream of becoming a successful stockbroker.
One of the aspects that struck me the most about this film is the exceptional performances by the cast, especially Will Smith as Chris Gardner. Smith's portrayal of Gardner's determination, resilience, and unconditional love for his son was truly captivating. It was evident that Smith had put in a tremendous amount of effort to accurately depict the struggles and emotions of the character. His performance left me both inspired and moved.
Another aspect that impressed me was the film's ability to portray the harsh reality of homelessness and the challenges faced by those living in poverty. The movie did not shy away from showing the struggles faced by Gardner and his son, from sleeping in public restrooms to queuing up in homeless shelters. This raw portrayal made me appreciate the importance of empathy and understanding towards those less fortunate than us.
Moreover, the film beautifully captured the father-son relationship between Chris Gardner and his son, Christopher. Despite their difficult circumstances, Gardner's love and dedication towards his son were unwavering. This aspect of the film resonated with me on a personal level, reminding me of the importance of family and the sacrifices parents make for their children.
"The Pursuit of Happyness" also conveys a powerful message about perseverance and the pursuit of one's dreams. Despite facing numerous setbacks and obstacles, Gardner never gave up on his goal of becoming a stockbroker. His unwavering determination and hard work eventually paid off, showcasing the importance of resilience and persistence in achieving success.
In conclusion, "The Pursuit of Happyness" is a truly remarkable film that left a lasting impression on me. The exceptional performances, realistic portrayal of homelessness, and the inspiring message of perseverance and love make this movie a must-watch. It serves as a reminder that no matter how challenging life may get, with determination and hard work, one can overcome any obstacle and achieve their dreams.
电影观后感英语作文 篇二: "The Shawshank Redemption"
"The Shawshank Redemption" is a masterpiece that explores the themes of hope, friendship, and the power of the human spirit. Directed by Frank Darabont, this film is based on a novella by Stephen King and is set in Shawshank State Penitentiary.
One of the aspects that captivated me about this film is the exceptional performances by the cast, particularly Tim Robbins as Andy Dufresne and Morgan Freeman as Ellis Boyd "Red" Redding. Robbins perfectly portrays the character of Andy, a banker who is wrongfully convicted of murder. The way he conveys Andy's resilience and hope in the face of adversity is truly remarkable. Freeman's portrayal of Red, a long-term inmate, provides the perfect counterbalance to Andy's character. The chemistry between Robbins and Freeman is palpable, making their friendship one of the highlights of the film.
The film also delves deep into the human psyche, exploring the themes of redemption and the power of hope. Despite the harsh and oppressive environment of Shawshank State Penitentiary, the characters find solace and redemption through their friendships and aspirations. The film beautifully depicts the transformative power of hope and the indomitable spirit of the human soul.
Moreover, "The Shawshank Redemption" also shines a light on the flaws and corruption within the prison system. It raises important questions about justice, morality, and the dehumanization of prisoners. The film encourages viewers to question the inherent flaws within the criminal justice system and the need for reform.
The cinematography and direction in "The Shawshank Redemption" are also noteworthy. The use of lighting and camera angles effectively captures the gritty and oppressive atmosphere of the prison, while also highlighting moments of hope and liberation. The iconic scene of Andy's escape through the sewage pipe is particularly memorable, showcasing the triumph of the human spirit over adversity.
In conclusion, "The Shawshank Redemption" is a cinematic masterpiece that explores the themes of hope, friendship, and the power of the human spirit. The exceptional performances, thought-provoking storyline, and powerful message make this film a timeless classic. It serves as a reminder that no matter how bleak life may seem, hope and friendship can prevail, leading to redemption and liberation.

was almost dead with hunger when he happened to meet a House-dog who was passing by. "Ah, Cousin," said the Dog. "I knew how it would be; your irregular life will soon be the ruin of you. Why do you not work steadily as I do, and get your food regularly given to you?"
"I would have no objection," said the Wolf, "if I could only get a place." "I will easily arrange that for you," said the Dog; "come with me to my master and you shall share my work."
So the Wolf and the Dog went towards the town together. On the way there the Wolf noticed that the hair on a certain part of the Dog's neck was very much worn away, so he asked him how that had come about. "Oh, it is nothing," said the Dog.
"That is only the place where the collar is put on at night to keep me chained up; it chafes a bit, but one soon gets used to it." "Is that all?" said the Wolf. "Then good-bye to you, Master Dog.

Many people often use "mental illness" to scold one another. It is obversely that people always have some social prejudice on the "mental illness".
In many cases, psychopaths always refuse to be given medication. No one can deny that it is disbeneficial to them, but the problem is not so simple. We must realize that the enforced behavior against the respondent's will ,such as injection of mind-altering drugs ,is highly offensive to their dignity and autonomy.
To some sufferers, the word "normal" is so boring, they really hate this, and I have to say that they also own the right to stand on their dignity!
As a final comment, I should say that no matter how terrible the people may be, they should be entitled to make decision and there is on doubt that prejudice should be avoided in society.

This is an absolutely magnificent movie!I have seen hundreds of films and this movie is only the 6th that I have awarded a 10/10 to.
All this year,I had been anticipating the release of Snyders Man of Steel, with Pacific Rim coming in at a distant 2nd for my "Most Anticipated of 2013" list. Not only was this movie better than Man of Steel, but I am now prepared to say it is one of my favourite movies of all time! Not being impressed by Del Toros Hellboy,I was a bit anxious when he was directing a movie about giant robots fighting aliens, but my fears were aside with an impressive first trailer.
Giant robots fighting enormous aliens - its not just for meth-heads anymore…Incredible film!
