我校从20xx年9月开始了教育部十五规划《网络教育与传统教学优势互补》课题的研究工作。首先,课题组教师反复学习了《基础教育课程改革纲要》并通过资料分析、专家引领,进一步明确了
课题研究的指导思想。我们认为,课题研究应从小处、细处入手,着力于网络环境下英语教学的探索与研究,为学生创设一个快乐、宽松的学习环境,变被动接受为主动学习,在获取知识的过程中培养学生收集信息、处理信息、发布信息及信息创新能力,为学生的可持续发展奠定坚实的基础。基于这样的认识,我们从理论假设、研究目标、研究内容、研究方法、实施策略和实施步骤等方面对课题研究作了具体的规划,撰写了课题研究方案。在研究中,我们紧紧围绕《基于网络环境下的小学英语教学设计》课题研究的总体目标,抓住课题研究的实质,在教学实践中努力把预期的目标转化为教学实践活动,在近两年的研究中,我们做了大量的工作,也取得了一些成效,现将我们的工作汇报如下:一、组织培训,提高认识
为了使广大教师能顺利地开展课题研究工作,提高教师运用网络的能力,我们对课题组成员进行了各类培训。有建构主义学习理论的培训;有计算机操作能力的培训;有课件制作的培训。学校教育宽带网开通后,进行了网络常识和网络教学技术的培训;组织教师观看优秀网络教学的录像;教师的培训做到集中培训和分散自学相结合,为了确保分散自学的效果,每个教师要定期学习,课题组及时在“理论学习”一栏的'记载中进行抽查。另外,我们还请了一些教科研专家和行家到学校做现场指导。
1、利用假期对教师进行多媒体课件制作、网络应用和个人网页、专题站制作培训,大大提高了教师的信息技术水平。
2、有计划地安排骨干教师参加各级各类现代教育技术培训,以点带面,促进同步发展,确保学校现代教育设备的正常运行和使用。
3、开展集体备课。研究中我们发现,一些教师设计的基于网络环境的学习活动成效并不显著。究其原因,一是教师对学生信息素养和能力缺乏估计;二是因集体上网速度减慢造成网络资源查找缓慢从而影响教学进展;三是教师缺乏网络环境下交流活动的有效调空能力。反思这一现象,我们认为关键是教师课前的准备不充分。于是,我们要求教师在个人备课基础上,带着个体的思考参加集体备课,确保课前预设的有效性和可操作性。
4、定期开展课题研讨。因为研究,教师们不断发现问题、提出问题。于是“如何利用网络更好地激发学生的兴趣?”、“什么内容适合多媒体教学,什么内容适合网络教学?”“怎样促进学生学习方式的生成?”成为每次课题研讨的话题。这样的活动主题鲜明,目标明确,教师是实践的主体,又是交流的主角,每个人都成为深度会谈的专家。课题研讨引领着教师以一个研究者的姿态投入到真实的课题研究中去,不仅促进了课题的深入研究,也促进了教师的专业成长。
二、规范制度,加强管理
坚持每两月一次“课题研讨”活动,及时分析总结前阶段研究工作的得失,部署下阶段的工作,提出新的要求,对课题研究过程中出现的问题查漏补缺,不断提高和完善。认真制订每学期的实施计划,按计划上好实验课,抓好备课、上课、说课、评课各环节,强化科研教师的研讨意识,提高研究能力。要求实验教师根据自己的实践,写上课、听课的心得体会,在理论和实践的基础上,写好研究性论文。
1、针对该课题特点,我们要求每一位研究成员期初制订明确可行的实施方案,按方案扎扎实实开展研究,期末将对照方案检查每一位教师的研究情况,根据实际成果评出“优秀”“良好”“合格”“较差”四个档次,跟年终考核挂钩。这一措施对课题研究正常、高效地开展起到了很好的保障作用。
2、将课题研究与常规教学工作紧密结合,不光要学习一些理论材料,撰写一些学习笔记、研究小结或论文,更重要的是要将课堂真正落实为研究的主阵地,因而规定教师每人每学期要上一堂级组或校级公开研究课,反映研究情况。每周必须上交一篇实验课教案,由实验课教案为基础,课题组成员共同交流研究课过程中的得失。
