先进性教育活动开展以来,我们按照、省创建“群众满意工程”的要求,把群众满意作为评价先进性教育活动的重要标准,突出关键抓示范,联系实际抓整改。活动一开始,11名县常集体宣誓、带头喊响“从我做起、向我看齐、对我监督”,第一批参学的29个党(总支)、194个支部、2986名党员、869名入党积极分子积极响应、自觉践行,用心为群众办实事、做好事、解难事,与群众建立了鱼水般的感情,得到了上级领导的充分肯定,赢得了群众的普遍赞誉。

一、在自觉学的基础上,充分吸收群众参与,真学真懂,让群众满意

二、在主动找的基础上,诚恳邀请群众监督,深挖深查,让群众满意

我们按照省提出的“没有发现问题就是最的问题”的要求,紧密联系“三个实际”,广泛查问题,公开亮问题,深入剖问题,依靠群众助找准抓住了突出问题。

1、“不怕痛”,联系实际找问题。县一班人自觉克服“自我感觉良好,没有多少问题可查找”的思想障碍,带头开展“三查三看一交流”活动,即:查工作是否有成效,看分管工作在全市的排位是否名列前茅;查宗旨观念是否强化,看涉及群众切身利益的问题是否得到解决;查自身素质是否提高,看自身形象是否符合先进性要求。常班子成员并带头深入田边地头、里弄小巷、厂棚车间以及施工现场,诚恳地征求群众和基层组织对县四班子及县级领导干部个人的意见和建议;邀请人代表、政协员、离退休老干部代表、群众代表、民营企业家代表等15个层面的人士助找问题,共收集意见和建议179条,初步梳理出了开拓精神不够、进取意识不浓、危机意识不强,面对成绩沾沾自喜、盲目乐观,“立足**看**”的纵比意识较浓,“跳出**看**”的横比意识较差等问题。各级各部门领导班子克服“怕找出问题丢选票、掉官帽、降威信、毁前途、败名声”的思想

顾虑,通过多种渠道广泛深入地查找了思想、工作、作风和形象上存在的突出问题,全县共查摆问题2819个。

2、“不遮丑”,面向群众亮问题。我们将查摆出的问题归类梳理,汇编成册,发自各支部。在县电视台开辟“作承诺、抓整改”专栏,上自县书记、县长、人、政协主要领导,下至参加第一批先教活动的所有单位党组织负责人纷纷“亮相荧屏”,向全县人民逐一公示本单位存在的突出问题,并就整改方案和措施进行“阳光承诺”,受到了全县广人民群众的广泛关注和力支持。我带头在全县整改提高阶段工作会和电视上公开了县常班子存在的9个问题,亮出了县班子让群众满意的“十条标准”,开通了热线电话,安排专人收集群众意见,归类梳理,责成相关单位及时研究、回复和解决,并将落实情况通过电视、专栏等向群众公开。目前,全县已公示突出问题320多个,“阳光承诺”整改措施510余条。

3、“不护短”,查处典型挖问题。我们坚持“抓住不落实的事,惩处不落实的人”,对徐家镇原党政主要领导抓安全工作不落实,导致群众利益受到损害,免去了党书记职务,责令镇长及分管安全工作的副镇长辞职,并举一三,充分发挥群众监督作用,着力解决个别党员领导干部思想浮躁、作风飘涪执行力不强等问题。当发现群众映强烈的县教师进修校支部在先进性教育活动中,存在图应付、走过场的现象,县克服个别同志认为抓出面典型会影响先进性教育成效的错误认识,果断作出了对该支部延期一周转段及对该校领导班子和支部成员诫勉三个月的处理决定,全县各级党组织和党员干部受到了极震动,广群众看到了先进性教育的初步成效,参与其中的热情空前高涨。

三、在认真改的基础上,广泛接受群众评判,立说立行,让群众满意

我们按照省提出的“人民满意才是真的.满意”的要求,坚持把群众利益放在第一位,从群众最不满意的事改起,从群众最希望的事抓起,让群众从得到实实在在的利益中,感受到了教育活动带来的深刻变化。

1、满怀深厚感情,从群众最急的地方做起。对人民群众满怀深厚感情,是党员先进性最基本的要求,最根本的动力。先进性教育活动中,全县2万多名党员干部认真践行“三句话”,深入开展“万名党员真情为民三个一”活动,着力解决群众行路难、饮水难、就医难、致富难、文化活动开展难和僻农户住房难、生活难、子女入学难等实际问题,让群众切实看到党员的新变化。下河街社区曾是全县“由富到穷”的典型,住房难、照明难、入厕难、就医难、子女入学难,社区居民最急最盼。县实施“六六建社区党建工程”后,30多个县级部门共注入资金200多万元改善社区基础设施;1000多名机关党员干部“一对一”联系社区僻居民,送去脱贫启动资金500多万元,举办家政、家电等技能培训班30期,培训了失业人员1738人,提供了就业信息1620余条,落实了就业项目485个,彻底改变了社区“七多七难”的面貌,让群众感受到了党的温暖。74岁的社区居民唐述芳老人激动地说:“如果不是这么多的好干部,我们下河街哪里会有这样的变化,真的好感谢党啊1

2、切实转变作风,从群众最怨的地方改起。群众是最朴实、最通情达理的,只要我们真心实意关心群众,再难的问题也能解决,再深的矛盾也能化解。对涉及群众切身利益的事,我们切实做到了事事有着落,件件有回音。在集中整改期间,解决了房屋拆迁补偿、企业改制等历史遗留问题37件,严肃查处教育乱收费现象6起,严厉打击吃拿卡要行为97人次,群众拍手称快,认为“这次教育活动硬是动了真格的”。中坝村曾是被国务院办公厅通报的“乱”村,一度时期,群众见干部就骂,干部见群众就躲。为彻底扭转混乱局面,县领导十多次深入中坝村,与群众零距离接触,面对面交流,摸清了实情,找准了症结。深入开展“五民示范工程”,对中坝村群众映最强烈的“县书记来,他才来”的乡党书记,及时进行了调整,先后选派两位县组织部副部长任村支书,解决了村班子软弱涣散问题。修村道公路,建码头,打沉井,改造用电线路,建农民新村,建文化广场,建村小学,建农贸市场,解决了行路难、用水难、用电难、居住难、文化活动开展难、子女入学难等问题。群众发自内心喊出“好”,并在村口立了一块无字碑。7年前曾带头闹事、发誓“告状到底”的阙定明现在党员干部的真诚助下,现在无不感慨地说:“还什产党好,我再也不上了,永远跟着走”。

XXXX年即将过去,我来公司已有六个多月,这是我从学校毕业第一次踏上工作岗位。作为一名新员工,非常感谢公司提供给我一个成长的平台,让我在工作中不断的学习,不断的进步,慢慢的提升自身的素质和才能。回首过去的六个多月,公司陪伴我走过人生很重要的一个阶段,使我懂得了很多。在此我向公司的领导和师傅XX以及同事表示最衷心的感谢,有你们的协助才能使我在工作中得心应手,也因有你们的助,才能令我在公司的发展上一个台阶。

我经过一个月的现场铆焊检验的实习之后,走上原材料检验的岗位,我主要职责是负责出入库材料的检验工作:包括对入库、出库材料的错检、漏检负责;做好材料标记的确认,对标记移植的正确性负责;对主要受压元件的材质和下料几何尺寸的准确性负责;对检验的“首检”质量问题而引起的成批报废负责;对需复验的材料,负责按规定划出取样部位,填写托单,连同试样分送理化、金相试验室,并及时取回试验报告。在原材料工序检验完毕后,及时做出检验结论,并在工艺流转卡上签章;当验收过程中出现质量问题时,应及时馈,并及时填写不合格品报告,交技术部门处理;对质量问题的纠纷、预防措施进行跟踪验证,对没做好隔离工作而使不合格品混入下道工序负责。平时维护好检测工具,确保正确使用。我深知,不管在什么岗位,我都要努力做好自己份内的'事。在这六个多月里,我主要从两个方面来实践自己的理念,力争做到更好、更到位。下面就我六个多月的工作情况向领导作简要的汇报。

1.努力学习,全面提升自身素质

作为一名刚走上工作岗位的新员工,知识和经验的欠缺,是我致命的缺点,而且检验员工作也是一个特殊的岗位,它要求永无止境的更新知识和提高技能。为达到这要求我十分注重学习,更以实际行动去实践这一目标,积极的配合车间生产工作。六个月以来,面对非专业的化工设备检验工作,工作起来有很困难,有好多塔器、换热器以及所用的不同材料我都不知道,但是我积极应对困难的挑战,利用休息时间学习新容规、GB150、GB151等压力容器法规标准;同时,利用我所学的材料专业知识结合国内材料标准和ASME标准以及实际生产情况,再加上XX和其他同事的指导,顺利熟悉了各类原材料检验知识。由于我们有色厂所用材料的种类繁多,要求各不相同,而且有很多较贵重的材料,例如800H、B-3、C-276等镍基合金,对我们检验工作有了较高的要求,更需要我努力学习。

2.努力工作,顺利完成各项任务

在原材料检验岗位上的前两个月,我协助XXX检验复合板、钛材、有色材料,同时接手焊材工作。XXX经验丰富,在协助她工作期间,她不厌其烦的给我讲解一些检验材料的注意点,使我顺利通过公司的实习期。在后三个月我开始接手有色材料检验。由于我们今年下半年生产任务繁重,加上采购材料困难,材料来了之后,有时交检单未到,我就到库房将材料检验完毕,既保证材料质量又不影响车间生产。检验完毕之后立刻填写检验记录和材料台账。需要复验的材料提前开理化托单,下复验料进行复验,及时收集复验报告。不合格的原材料及时填写不合格品报告,迅速解决问题不影响生产。我发现,经常出现问题的材料有以下几种,复合板起爆点、不平度超标及剪切不合格问题;N6的管材常出现起皮、微裂纹等缺陷;钛管常出现新旧标准采购问题、σ超标的问题以及管径和壁厚超标问题;焊材主要是不易按技术要求采购等问题。

下面我列举几例具体的工作向领导作简要的汇报。

1.20XX年6月8日我到西部钛业见证陶氏化学设备用Ф20××6000mm的TA2换热管的涡流检测,涡流检测由陶氏请德国Delta公司检验员检验,由于采购前期准备工作不足以及沟通不到位,致使Delta公司检验员推翻检验结论,让重新到我毛司检验。

2.20XX年8月7日,检验了33块复合板,发现每张复合板起爆点位置有一凹坑,且凹坑深度超出检验标准,还发现现场实物标识为Gr1、Gr2/Q345R,而入库单上位TA1、TA2/Q345R,查看料表后发现均为TA3/Q345R,后经了解,因白图报料时为TA3,蓝图为为TA2,按蓝图买的材料。对于起爆点超标立即填写了NCR,后由技术科负责处理。

3.20XX年8月30日,我和XX一起去海龙(张家港)实业有限公司现场检验杜邦换热器设备用Ф××5010mmGr2换热管,共检验20支钛管,除了水迹未处理干净之外,换热管质量不错,且管理到位,质量可控。

4.20XX年11月10日,检验了Y-10P037AB-040设备用Ф的ERTi-1钛焊丝,共50Kg,两捆包装,发现一捆无标识,一捆标识为ERTi-2,后经了解标识在运输途中掉了,还有一捆是厂家贴错标签了,我发了NCR之后,采购只将质保书传真件发过来,但是不贴标签,我又写了工作联络签,最终将问题解决。

回顾进入公司的这六个多月,发现我虽能爱岗敬业、积极主动的工作,取得了一些成绩,但仍有许多需要不断改进和完善,还需我努力并力求做得更好的地方。这主要表现在以下几个方面:

第一,在工作中由于经验不足,压力容器专业知识较少,对待一些问题的解决方法过于单纯,工作方法过于简单,看待问题有时比较片面,以点盖面,在一些问题的处理上显得还不够冷静。

第二,要进一步加强压力容器用原材料检验工作的计划性、系统性、科学性,提高综合分析、解决问题的能力。

第三,在完成领导交办的任务的基础上,发挥自身专业优势,继续加强专业知识和新标准的学习,进一步提高各项压力容器原材料检验技能。

I. Purpose:

It is often said, the university is an ivory tower. Indeed, there are great differences between the schools and the workplace, learning and work, students and staff. In the role of the transformation process, people's views, behavior, and psychological aspects have to make the appropriate adjustments.

Third, to enhance the competitive advantage when looking for work.

A company conducted a survey, "How to choose an employer graduates." Participating companies, including foreign, enterprises and private enterprises, the scale big and small. II. Content:

During this month, with my father, I have got the chance to work as an intern in Tianjin Haiping Industry and Trade Company, which really e_cited me for a long time. The company is a start-up by my father’s friend, and it belongs to a micro-firm, so it only employed ten people or less.

After an brief self-introduction with the staff of the company, my internship started. It was my first time that I worked in a real company. I felt a little nervous because I had no idea of what kind of job I would take. As an

English major student, I’m sure my knowledge of English is adequate for the job. And I have basic knowledge of foreign trade .So I think I just need to apply it into practice. During this time I worked as an assistant in the office, helped to deal with the language work, such as communicating with foreigners in English and translating the files between the companies. And I also did some daily and easy work because of my lack of work e_perience.

Then my first major task was handling phone lines, including incoming and outgoing phone calls in the front desk. Initially, I thought this task would be easy, after all it was just answering phone calls, but I quickly learned how much work had to be put into these phone calls. I realized that I had to better equip myself with the knowledge about the communication, be prepared for answering questionings, and memorize all the department e_tension as we were not allowed to reference any directory when transferring calls. Fortunately, after one week, I was able to grasp all the necessary requirements and I progressed a lot. In addition, during my first task as front desk personnel, I was e_posed to other tasks, such as do some fa_ing and photocopying in company, preparing the material for the workmates, fetching newspaper or other documents for them. I had been doing that work almost a week. At the very beginning, I was so disappointed about what I was busy with. I was even so tired of them and gave it up. But when I saw the hard-working mates and some courage from my friends and leader, I moved on.

The following weeks, I switched gears and moved to the main office where I would spend the ne_t two weeks in front of a computer, conducting research into different corporations in China that produce the similar products with our company. The process was not only time consuming, but comple_ and knotty as it involved a great amount of reading and recording. I managed to produce information, and communicate with customers and send e-mails. E-mail is the most common form of communication with customers. Therefore, we can use the knowledge about English correspondence for foreign trade we have learned in school. Many buyers or full-time purchasers simply judge your professionalism by your E-mail. Many customers also liked contacting with me on MSN or Skype, and they would ask for voice communication. At first I was nervous ,and I was always thinking about how to speak English in the right words and correct grammar. However, I found that they were not e_actly strict to my English. As long as my oral English is enough to communicate and I know professional product knowledge, they can understand what I say. They are all outgoing but serious when talking about business.

Though hard and a little boring, I can be a part of the social society and enjoyed the pressure and competition from the outside world, quite different from the school yard. And also, many disadvantages and weakness have shocked me so much during the intern time. When I was blamed or criticized for my fault at first, I would try to argue with them and avoid my duty in the case. However, now, after such a long time training, I will be silent to accept what they teach me or scold me, and then self-question myself to make some changes. What I learned at school is so limited that I can hardly put into practice when faced with different complicated situations in society. So there is no doubt that I’ll read more and e_perience much to balance the book-knowledge and social life. And only in this way, can I be of importance to me, then to the country.

III. Gains:

“Study for the sake of use.” as a Chinese saying goes, I should say that there does e_ist a big gap between theories and practice. During this internship period, I have learned a lot of things that I can't get from our books:

First, it offers me an opportunity to get in touch with the things that I haven't encountered before. Many products of our company are stranger to us. Furthermore, I have broadened my horizons.

Secondly, the internship rightly provides me with a good chance to train my ability of communication and improve the spirit of teamwork. There are about ten employees in all. I didn't get acquainted with any of the other four, but in the first week, we got familiar with each other and shared information with each other. Also, when I encounter a difficult case, I'll also turn to the senior members of this department for help and they are always ready to help. Harmonious interpersonal relationship, right? Yes,a good relationship with our colleagues is priceless treasure to us as well as a strong sense of teamwork.

Thirdly, English is just a tool for communication. Therefore, as an English major student, we can't be limited to the study of the language but involve ourselves with knowledge of other areas. In the first few days, I always felt frustrated because there were so many new terms that I couldn't digest thoroughly. Although I can do very well in English reading, there are much desired for me to understand the situations provided by customers. However, practice makes perfect. With almost one-month practice, I now manage to handle the cases well. Knowledge, like the sea, is boundless; only through hard study can one reach the destination. It is completely right.

IV. Problems and Solutions :

The first one is related with the foreign trade terms. Such as quotation, ordering, terms of payments, out-factory preparation and payment. They are the most complicated and difficult issues. Because my major is not business English, I did not know the jargon and the professional name of our products at the beginning. I would read some books about International Trade to learn them by myself. And sometimes, I would ask others to e_plain them for me. The best solutions will be taken down into my note book. I know it does need some time to e_perience in handling such cases.

The second, my working attitude is not good enough. At first, I did not realize the seriousness of working. But I tried to correct my thoughts and focused myself on my work. But the members there did offer great help and teach me a lot of things.

The third, being shy is always my weakness. In fact, when I am with my friend, I am talkative. But during my work there, at first, I get nervous with the strangers.

The last but not least, my oral English is not good enough and I must practice it again and again to improve it. When I was talking with the foreigners I found that sometimes it was very hard to understand what they are talking about, not because of sick listening comprehension, but their accents, which really bothered me a lot. What we learned in the class is Standard English, so it is easy for us to understand each other. There are some customers’ pronunciation I cannot understand. One time, a client called me on Skype, so I found that he spoke very fast and I just can catch "Hello!" Then I could not understand any word and I immediately told him I do not understand what he said, and then he typed while I speak. So I'll work hard to get a good command of oral English and listen to the pronunciation from different countries frequently. Thus I'll have a more fluent communication with my clients. Actually, I've been taken action right away. I try my best to make friends and chat with them from different countries. I'll work even harder.
