一、政治思想
我热爱并忠诚于人民的教学事业，教学态度认真，教风扎实，严格遵守学校的规章制度。坚持每周的政治学习和业务学习，紧紧围绕学习新课程，构建新课程，尝试新教法的目标，不断更新教学观念。注重把学习新课程标准与构建新理念有机的结合起来。更新观念，丰富知识，提高能力，以全新的素质结构接受新一轮课程改革浪潮的“洗礼”。

二、教育工作
作为班主任，我深深懂得教师的一言一行都影响着学生，对学生起着言传身教的作用。所以在工作中我一直遵循“严要求，高标准”的指导方针。
1、思想教育常抓不懈：利用班会，晨会进行思想品德教育和常规教育，及时结合学生中出现的各种问题纠正解决，并建立以表扬为主的奖惩机制，树立学习榜样，引导学生逐渐形成良好的道德品质、正确的学习习惯，劳动习惯和文明礼仪习惯。

三、教学工作
（一）发挥教师为主导的作用
1、备课深入细致。平时认真研究教材，多方参阅各种资料，力求深入理解教材，准确把握难重点。在制定教学目的时，非常注意学生的实际情况。教案编写认真，并不断归纳总结经验教训。
2、注重课堂教学效果。针对低年级学生特点，以愉快式教学为主，不搞满堂灌，坚持学生为主体，教师为主导、教学为主线，注重讲练结合。在教学中注意抓住重点，突破难点。
3、坚持参加校内外教学研讨活动，不断汲取他人的宝贵经验，提高自己的教学水平。经常向经验丰富的教师请教并经常在一起讨论教学问题。听公开课多次，本学期，自己在多位有经验的老师的指导下，代表学校进行了数学教学设计的展示，从这个活动中我积累了不少宝贵的经验，使我明确了今后讲课的方向和以后数学课该教什么和怎么教。
4、在作业批改上，认真及时，力求做到全批全改，重在订正，及时了解学生的学习情况，以便在辅导中做到有的放矢。对于学困生能做到面批并及时耐心的指导。
（二）调动学生的积极性
在教学中尊重孩子的不同兴趣爱好，不同的生活感受和不同的表现形式，使他们形成自己不同的风格，不强求一律。有意识地以学生为主体，教师为主导，通过各种游戏、比赛等教学手段，充分调动他们的学习兴趣及学习积极性。让他们的天性和个性得以自由健康的发挥。让学生在视、听、触觉中培养了创造性思维方式，变“要我学”为“我要学”，极大地活跃了课堂气氛，相应提高了课堂教学效率。
（三）做好后进生转化工作
作为教师，应该明白任何学生都会同时存在优点和缺点两方面，对优生的优点是显而易见的，对后进生则易于发现其缺点，尤其是在学习上后进的学生，往往得不到老师的肯定
，而后进生转化成功与否，直接影响着全班学生的整体成绩。所以，一年来，我一直注重从以下几方面抓好后进生转化工作：
1、用发展的观点看学生。
应当纵向地看到：后进生的今天比他的昨天好，即使不然，也应相信他的明天会比今天好。
2、因势利导，化消极因素为积极因素。
首先 帮助后进生找到优、缺点，以发扬优点，克服缺点。其次以平常的心态对待：后进生也是孩子，厌恶、责骂只能适得其反，他们应该享有同其它学生同样的平等和，也应该在稍有一点进步时得到老师的肯定。
3、方法得当，效果明显。
孩子学习成绩不好，孩子、家长、老师都是非常苦恼的。但家长和孩子往往束手无策。所以作为教师要多与他们沟通辅导的方法。使家长能按照老师的方法对孩子进行辅导。另外，对学困生要多进行耐心的辅导，一遍不会讲两遍，两遍不会讲三遍，而且要把知识反复巩固。“熟能生巧”这句话在这里最合适不过了。只要看到学生努力进步了，那老师再多的付出也是值得的。
总之，一年来，干了一些工作，也取得了一些成绩，但成绩只能代表过去，工作中也存在着一些不足，如：学生学习两极分化还是比较严重，行为习惯还不够规范等，在今后的工作中，我一定要发扬优点，改正不足，扬长避短，争取更大的成绩。
