在班主任毛老师的带领下，我们奔赴杭州及绍兴两地，观看省市优秀教师的示范课，学习优秀教师的教学经验。虽然有点累，但是心里有的是更多感慨，因为“学习”对于我们来说太重要了。我们的确应该走出萧山，去感受一下其他地区优秀教师的不同的教学风格，学习她们卓越的课堂教学技能。都说“要给学生一杯水，我们自己要有一桶水。”这句话说的一点也不错，在教学工作中，我一直觉得自己无论是课堂教学技能还是教学理论，都知之甚少。参加工作几年了，我对于英语教学的理论仅局限于知道英语教学策略和一些新课标的要求，在平时上课过程中没有注意总结反思自己的教学行为，这样在教学中就感到自己的进步很少。因此，以后要努力学习，特别是要学习一些优秀教师的教学经验，善于发现，善于积累，善于研究，不断提高自己的教育教学水平。
二、请进来——省知名教研员、优秀教师亲临指导
这次培训除了进行丰富的实践培训外，也让我们享受了一次教育教学理论的大餐。来自省内各地的知名教研员、优秀教师为我们呈现了一个个精彩纷呈的讲座，涵盖了教学建议、语音教学、语篇教学、语言的输入与输出、论文的写作、专业成长和课堂教学等各方面的内容。其中让我印象最深的是江干区教研员徐蔚老师的讲座——教之思，心之悦。她说“忙是可怕的，因为忙就不会有时间静下心思考，也就不可能形成自己的教学风格，我们应该知道为什么忙？忙要忙的有价值。”由此我想，我们如今的教师整天忙的团团转，忙的顾不上学生，忙的没有时间关心学生，忙的没有时间好好改作业…。只有在上课的时候才匆匆见一面学生，试问，如此“忙”的价值在哪？除此之外，许老师的讲座结合了很多教学设计的课例，给了我们在座学员很多启发。
总之，短短12天的培训时间，使我进一步自己的努力方向，我将从学生的实际情况出发，认真钻研符合自己学生的英语教学法，发展学生的综合语言能力，使得学习过程成为学生形成积极情感的世界。我将不断的学习新课程中的理论知识，并运用到实践当中，为小学英语教育做一点微薄的贡献。

一学期一度的集团联考结束了。七年级英语没有达到学校目标“保三争二”。只是取得集团的第四名。从这次联考的成绩来看，可以看出我们整体的英语教学还是存在着很多的问题。主要为以下几点：
一、对教材的深度挖掘不够。
课前准备不足导致课堂效率低下。有时上课前做的准备不足，对学生需掌握的各知识点不能全面覆盖，导致课堂效率和课堂气氛受到影响。今后的主要目标还是放在如何把更多的时间放在指导好学生在教学的同时进一步提高学生学习英语的兴趣。
二、基础知识打得不牢，从集团联考复习过程来看
学生们对所学过的知识掌握的不牢固，无论是语法还是词汇都没有达到应该具有的知识水平。因此，从补课期间，就开始对以前所学的知识让学生们该背的背，不管学习成绩高低，一律看待。效果应该会很明显的。
三、辅优扶困做得很不到位，从本次联考的成绩来看
优秀生没有达到优秀生的标准，学困生也没有上来。说明这方面的做法是失败的。今后的主要精力课堂上要照顾大部分中等生和后进生身上，课下多找些资料给优秀生去指导，去向他们提更高的要求。这样才会取得更好的成绩。
四、学生的思想工作没有做好，现在好多学生不但是中等生
连部分优秀生的思想状态还没有紧张起来。如果继续这样的话，期末的成绩很难想象。不要认为只有班主任才对学生做思想工作，任何一个学科的教师都有教育学生的责任。同时思想工作做到了位，首先对自己的学科教学的益。为此，每天坚持找一两个学生谈心，找出他们的思想问题，注意帮助他们树立中考的思想。坚持每星期都对自己的英语学习过程当中出现的主要思想问题班内强调。使他们的思想得到统一，这样自己的教学才会减少阻力，才能向更高的目标前进。
总之，有所发现后要有所改进，我也不希望自己在原地踏步，在英语教学方面，我还应该多听课，多学习。通过听课对比，发现自己的一些不足之处，不断改善自我，提升自我。另外我还应该加强英语理论知识的学习，让自己能更熟悉教程，多看多学习别人的教学经验，尽量弥补自己的弱势。希望在下次集团联考中取得更优异的成绩！
