20xx年xx月xx日“国培教育,送教下乡”活动在我县展开,我有幸听了洪洞县东街小学赵小娟老师执教的Happy Thanks giving!这节课,感触颇多。赵老师讲究知识的深度和广度,教态自然,口语清晰流利,基本上是全英文教学。整个课堂注重学生主体参与能力的培养,学生也始终处在高度兴奋、积极思考的状
态。真正意义上让学生成为课堂的主人。第一感觉就是一个实力派。事实上的确如此,自己感觉这节课上得非常成功。(一)、教师素质高,教态大方,和蔼可亲,始终以一个朋友的身份在和学生进行交流。
例如课前老师和同学进行了谈话,老师先进行了自我介绍,然后又让同学们进行了自我介绍。这短短几分钟的交流,拉近了师生之间的距离,一下子教师就抓住了学生的心,让学生们喜欢上了老师,从而有兴趣,有信心和老师一起来完成这节课的学习。兴趣是最好的老师。记得有一句话是这样说的“知之必求之,求之必学之,学之必乐之”说明了兴趣教学的重要性。
(二)、课堂教学环节清晰。
1、以复习单词导入新课,Can you tell me the fistival?接着放有关感恩节的录像,激发了学生的学习兴趣。
2、师生交流讨论,鼓励学生自己动脑解决问题,体现英语教学过程就是师生之间与生生之间的交流。
3、What do you do on Flag Day?大胆质疑,加入自己的理解。给学生以更宽广的视野。
4、运用“先学后教”的教学思路帮助学生理解所学的知识内容,联系生活实际,达到了学以致用的.效果和目的。
(三)、注重对学生听说能力的指导,紧紧围绕语言交际,以学生为中心。
通过体验、参与合作和交流等学习方式来学习和运用语言,注意了语言的交际功能,促进了知识向能力的转化。做到了新课标所要求的英语教学的总目标:培养学生综合语言的运用能力。
(四)精致的课件,包括鲜艳的色彩、活动的图像和有声的对话,给人一种赏心悦目的感觉,也为学生创造了一个轻松愉快的学习氛围。
使学生在玩中学,乐中学。真正实现了寓教于乐,提高了课堂的实效。
在此次观摩中,可以感受到情景教学,任务教学,合作探究性教学以及英语教学时效性等教学理念。让我对这些教学理论在实践中的合理应用有了进一步的体会与理解。从而真正开始理解教与学相互扶持,相互促进的重要意义。在今后的教学实践中,我要更加努力提升自身专业素质和综合素质,在每一个教学环节中多动脑,多反思,大胆用新的教学理念去指导实践。 让自己在平凡的工作岗位上做出不平凡的业绩。
