20xx年xx月xx日“国培教育，送教下乡”活动在我县展开，我有幸听了洪洞县东街小学赵小娟老师执教的Happy Thanks giving！这节课，感触颇多。赵老师讲究知识的深度和广度，教态自然，口语清晰流利，基本上是全英文教学。整个课堂注重学生主体参与能力的培养，学生也始终处在高度兴奋、积极思考的状
（一）、教师素质高，教态大方，和蔼可亲，始终以一个朋友的身份在和学生进行交流。
例如课前老师和同学进行了谈话，老师先进行了自我介绍，然后又让同学们进行了自我介绍。这短短几分钟的交流，拉近了师生之间的距离，一下子教师就抓住了学生的心，让学生们喜欢上了老师，从而有兴趣，有信心和老师一起来完成这节课的学习。兴趣是最好的老师。记得有一句话是这样说的“知之必求之，求之必学之，学之必乐之”说明了兴趣教学的重要性。
（二）、课堂教学环节清晰。
1、以复习单词导入新课，Can you tell me the fistival？接着放有关感恩节的录像，激发了学生的学习兴趣。
2、师生交流讨论，鼓励学生自己动脑解决问题，体现英语教学过程就是师生之间与生生之间的交流。
3、What do you do on Flag Day？大胆质疑，加入自己的理解。给学生以更宽广的视野。
4、运用“先学后教”的教学思路帮助学生理解所学的知识内容，联系生活实际，达到了学以致用的.效果和目的。
（三）、注重对学生听说能力的指导，紧紧围绕语言交际，以学生为中心。
通过体验、参与合作和交流等学习方式来学习和运用语言，注意了语言的交际功能，促进了知识向能力的转化。做到了新课标所要求的英语教学的总目标：培养学生综合语言的运用能力。
（四）精致的课件，包括鲜艳的色彩、活动的图像和有声的对话，给人一种赏心悦目的感觉，也为学生创造了一个轻松愉快的学习氛围。
使学生在玩中学，乐中学。真正实现了寓教于乐，提高了课堂的实效。
在此次观摩中，可以感受到情景教学，任务教学，合作探究性教学以及英语教学时效性等教学理念。让我对这些教学理论在实践中的合理应用有了进一步的体会与理解。从而真正开始理解教与学相互扶持，相互促进的重要意义。在今后的教学实践中，我要更加努力提升自身专业素质和综合素质，在每一个教学环节中多动脑，多反思，大胆用新的教学理念去指导实践。 让自己在平凡的工作岗位上做出不平凡的业绩。
