时间过的真快，一转眼，六周的实习就要结束了，这段经历对于我以后的工作受益非浅。我实习的学校是我高中三年的母校，母校实习,亲切万分,亲爱的老师们还在,接受教育的学生们却是一张张全新的面孔,想想自己离开学校3年来的进进出出,目前的3个年级都是我毕业后考进市二的学生。学校的操场,小花园,甚至是几间教室,都是充满回忆的地方,接下来实习的日子,走过这些地方的时候,过去的记忆就不断在脑海里回旋。
我们一行8位同学到达市二后,接待我们的是现任教导主任高萍老师,她向我们简单介绍了下学校目前的状况,以及实习期间需要注意的一些事项。接下来是认识带教老师,我与其他2位同学分到高一,其余5位同学到高二。英语学科的带教老师是王雅芬老师,教学经验丰富,还担任高一的年级组长;班主任唐虹老师,自己高三时,她教过我政治,算是相当熟悉,呵呵。带教老师和班主任都向我们简单介绍了一下所带班级的基本情况。第一天只是熟悉下校园,第二天正式到班级,当时想到就要面对40多个学生,不免还是有点担心和紧张。
实习老师,是个很特别的存在。还记得第一次被班级里学生叫老师好的时候的那种错愕,渐渐适应,然后自如反应,点头示意。开始的一个礼拜,日渐习惯起学校的生活,仿佛重回高中时代一般,只是是以一种全新的角度来看待学生,以老师的身份来要求自己了,这种感觉挺奇妙的,以往觉得“高高在上”的老师,突然间成了身边的“同事”,作为实习老师,又该以怎样的态度去面对高中的学生?身份的转变,是实习阶段第一个要跨越的坎吧,正确认识自己的身份:带教老师的学生,高中学生的老师。
担任实习班主任工作的班级是高一(7)班
听课是实习的必经阶段,听课不仅能够学习带教老师的教学方法,也能熟悉自己将要教学的班级。高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同,尽管自己以前高中时也上过牛津的教材,现在的教学要求又有新的变化,也因老师的不同,教学方法上有很大的差异。带教的王老师教态相当严谨,备课很充分,听第一节课的时候就觉得整节课规划的很好,让学生知道这节课要完成的内容,就算有突发状况的发生,也能自行控制好时间等等。学校规定的听课是10节左右,自己基本上能去听的课都去了,为的是想了解整个章节上课的完整过程,每个部分都有不同的上课手段和形式,都是值得学习的地方。大学里所学的英语教学法课程,提及不少教学方法,光纸上谈兵当然不行,真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样,教学的内容就算一样,方式也可以有很多种,可以老师自己授课,可以让学生回答问题,可以结合练习加深印象,对于学生的回答,老师给予的鼓励也可以有很多种,比如: ‘Do you think there is something else?”, “I appreciate your answer”, “I think you must have a lot to say。”还要注意是否自己会漏掉一些没有专心听讲的学生,适当地抽他们回答问题来让他们集中注意力,板书的排布也不能天马行空,而是要让学生一看就明僚…这些都是书本上很难学到的东西。一周的听课下来,我们几个实习生进行了小小的交流,感触都很深,除了以上提到的这些,光是 “Sit down, please。”这一句,一个老师一节课就要说上几十遍,教学的内容固然重要,学生与老师间基本的尊重,也是我们今后教学中需要注意的地方。
集体备课。实习前就听辅导员说,市二的英语教研组有项很好的传统,就是集体备课。参加高一教研组的集体备课之前,高二的老师已经开始给高二的实习生集体备课了,说是备课,更多的是讨论授课的方式,怎样调动学生的积极性,怎样控制好学生的发言等等。高一教研组的备课是每周四,第一周就布置了我们将要教学的部分,第三单元的两个部分,以及一张试卷的讲解,可以说是各种形式的课程都体会一下;接下来的几周集体备课,都是备带教老师或者我们要上的内容,一位男老师负责第三单元的备课,先前要精心准备该单元的词汇表,不仅是课文中要求的单词和词组,一些容易混淆,或者有固定搭配的词汇也要系统地整理进去,还要整理一些与该单词相关的翻译练习…他带着我们梳理了整篇文章,其中需要讲解的地方,讲解的方式,都一一进行解释,其他老师提出问题和建议进行补充,可以说是收获颇丰,本来对课时没有什么概念的我,通过集体备课,顿时立体了起来,当老师真不容易,备课的时候就要考虑到各个方面,学生是否能够接受,上课时是否会枯燥等等的问题。
教案。教案也是教学前的重头戏。王老师先让我们参考高一唐老师的教案,一个章节关是简单的教案就有12页,看得我们都有点傻眼,而且写的时候我们要把上课时会加的连接词全都写到教案里去,就怕到时候忘词。几乎每个同学为了第一节课的教案都奋斗了几个晚上,算不上精益求精,至少要准备充足。
试教。正式上课前,几乎每个同学都进行了小组的试教。华师大本部的微格教育在前,市二几个礼拜的听课在后,大家试教的时候明显自信了许多,准备充分可能也是原因之一吧,基本上都多准备了很多内容,还有同学准备用PPT教学,提高学生对该章节学习的兴趣。一位同学试教的时候,其余同学就当回同学配合教学,试教的过程中有问题及时记下,完毕后再进行讨论,这样的试教对我们正式上讲台做了很好的铺垫作用。
同学的课。高二的普遍比我们高一的早了一个礼拜开始上课,从第三周开始,陆陆续续地都正式开始上课,由于教的班级不同,有些班级比较热闹,有些班级比较安静,每个同学上课的内容和方式也炯然不同,所以互相间可以学习的地方有很多。特别是我们高一年级也开始上课后,同样的内容,听听其他两位同学的课,和自己的课进行比较,总结优缺点,在今后的上课过程中逐渐改善。
还记得正式上课前,自动请缨要“热身”一下。王老师就想到让我讲学生些的报纸读后感,10分钟的时间虽短,对我来说,紧张感丝毫不减。没有一下子面对过40多个学生的我,要多大的声音才够,什么样的姿势,板书该怎么写,都是要好好考虑一下的。前一天把学生评论比较多的文章通读了一遍,自己也写了简单的Summary,导入的话也一字不差的写在了纸上…正式讲之前还拉同学简单试讲了一下,结果漏洞百出,很多话都接不上,准备好的稿子都忘了精光,消除紧张感是最重要的吧。好在正式讲的时候发挥的不错,可能是跟同学们熟悉了的关系吧。正式上课已经是到市二的第四周了,之前准备教案时没睡过几个安稳觉,第一节课用的是PPT, 讲的是关于植物的养护相关的内容,为了准备PPT的内容,特地到学校的各个角落采风,拍了学校里各种植物,目的除了上课时能生动些,也是想让学生了解到我们美丽的校园里还有如此多种多样的植物。可能是PPT教学的原因,学生大部分的注意力都集中在屏幕上,这样反而使我的心态平和了下来,非常顺利的完成了第一堂课。接下来的几堂课,算是驾轻就熟了吧,通常讲过一遍的教案到第二个班再讲会容易很多,上课的速度要与学生接受知识的速度相适应，也是需要“实战”一下才能掌握的技巧。
六周不到的教育实习,说长不长,说短也不短。六周间,学到的东西却可以说是终生受用,不仅是带教老师的一些教学方法和教学经验,自己上课时得到的一些教训和启发,担任实习班主任时学到的管理班级的方式,更多是作为一名老师,自己应该担负的责任和义务,以及对待教学认真严谨的态度,在将来的日子里,我也会铭记这段实习的日子,将它当作人生宝贵的一次体验。
