  九年级第二学期是初中阶段至关重要的一个学期,它直接和中考相连接,时光飞逝,转眼间这一学年已经即将结束。

  回望这一学期的工作,我基本都能按照教学计划进行教学、复习,所以我们的工作开展的很顺利。

  有成绩也有做的不到位的地方,现具体总结如下:

  一、认真搞好备课。

  教学中,备课是一个必不可少,十分重要的环节,既要备教材、备学生,又要备教法。

  备课充分,能调动学生的积极性,上课效果就好。

  因此,了解和分析学生情况,有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。

  这个班在经过一个学期的英语教学,小部分学生在英语学习方面有很大的起色,但那是远远不足的。

  在这个班中,尖子生几乎没有,中上层学生较少,下层学生几乎占了三分之二,因此,我在备课时注意到这点,在教学时针对不同的学生情况,在授课时采取了不同的方法,效果就比较理想些。

  二、教学中不断完善自我,为永葆鲜活的“一桶水”而不懈努力

  因为本学期是九年级最后一学期,我们的教学任务就是在结束新课的基础上引导大家对三年来学习的英语内容进行充分的复习备考。

  学完九年级剩余的课程后,我们首先从初一较简单的内容着手对课本内容进行单元分段梳理,进行回归课本的整理复习,加强基础知识的夯实。

  然后我们又展开了第二段复习,即专项复习,我们主要是利用好学生们手中的《中考解读》展开复习巩固。

  在专项复习的过程中,力求将学生们感觉较难的知识点进行系统化整理归纳,为下一步的综合复习打下基础。

  最后我们除了做几套精选的去年的中考题之外,我们还充分利用下发的试卷进行综合训练。

  在做练习题的同时,加强学生对单词短语的掌握,一周至少听写二到三次,巩固学生记忆单词和短语的能力。

  最后在听力练习中,让学生多听录音,训练学生的听力,在训练的过程中指导他们运用正确的听力技巧进行训练,并且充分利用早读,并按课程进度及课堂的需要,在上课时的`前五分钟带领学生读文章或者安排学生带读,从而提高学生的口语能力,并且可以在五月中旬的口语考试中取得好成绩。

  总之,在这一学期的教学过程中,我尽力地做好每项工作。

  其中学到的东西固然不少,但不足之处也很多。

  在以后的教学工作中,我将不断总结经验,发扬优点,改进缺点,不断探索新的教学方法和教学手段,激发学生的学习兴趣和积极性,提高自己的教学质量,做一位合格的人民教师,

  本学期是初中阶段的最后一个学期 , 也是初三英语教学进入总复习阶段的关键时期,如何通过较短时间的复习,做到事半功倍,是摆在我们全体初三学生和英语教师面前紧张而艰巨的任务,也是值得我们研究和讨论的问题。

  下面我把本学期复习过程中的所作所为以及体会与感悟粗浅地谈谈自己的一

些看法。

  首先,制定一个合理的复习计划。

  初中英语三年共六本书( 22个单元、 66个话题)语言知识复杂,内容繁多,我想我们应该遵循以纲为纲,以本为本的原则,着重把握中考要求及考试范围,对《英语中考说明》要反复研究、推敲。

  整个复习大致分为三个阶段。

  第一阶段:让学生快速浏览初中第一至五册的课文,翻阅每个单元的 checkpoint ,熟记单词及重要的短语、词组,并将它们融入到具体句型及课文中一起记忆,对那些平时疏漏过的单词要重点记忆,同时老师有必要的辅以听写作为检测学生是否掌握的手段。

  另外也可通过词汇互译的方法加强学生的记忆。

  第二阶段:分类复习(即专项复习)。

  这一阶段应充分发挥学生的主观能动性,以教师总结为辅,学生复习为主。

  所复习的内容包括冠词、名词、代词、数词、形容词、副词、介词、连词、动词、句子等。

  对学生已掌握的内容少讲或不讲,对学生不够熟练的要重点讲,每复习一个项目,让学生创设与知识点相关的问题,寻找专项练习。

  做到每节课复习都有复习目标、要点、课内追踪练习、课外巩固练习等,可以说本班学生是练习量最多的,做到项目有专练,人人有所得。

  通过这一阶段的复习,使学生对每项内容得以全面、系统地巩固和提高。

  第三阶段:综合练习,主要紧扣题型,讲练结合。

  专项训练仅仅是就某一个知识点的单纯训练,在此基础上,我想我们应对学生进行综合运用能力的训练,即有选择地进行听力、笔试为一体的成套试题的训练。

  通过对学生限时测试,使他们把所学的知识上升为综合运用能力,逐步适应中考要求。

  同时对各地区历年的中考试卷,试题类型结构加以认真研究,并就每一种答题思路和方法加以指导,力求对不同内容采取不同方法。

  另外本人从网上筛选搜集了许多复习资料以供自己和初三段教师使用,从兄弟学校拿来比较新的模拟试卷供学生测试,真正做到资源共享。

  针对今年中考的题型逐一进行解法指导和训练。

  如:

  一、 完形填空,做此题型要从以下几个方面入手。

  ( 1 ) 重视首句的开篇启示作用。

  ( 2 ) 通读全文,弄懂大意。

  ( 3 )符合短文内容,遵循语法规则。

  ( 4 )复读全文,核定答案。

  二、 阅读理解,解答这类题目,一般采用三个步骤。

  ( 1 )首先通读全文,迅速抓住文章内容,在不影响理解的前提下,尽可能快速阅读,并重抓住主要信息。

  ( 2 )阅读短文后的选择题,包括题干和选择项,明确问题的要求后,再细读全文或有关段落,最后选定答案。

  ( 3 )答完一篇短文的全部题目后,再把短文读一遍,逐一核对答案。

  三、任务型阅读,根据任务型阅读的题型,我指导学生采用以下解题思路

  ( 1 )认真审题,读懂题意

  ( 2 )快速阅读,掌握题意

  ( 3 )细读题目,完成任务

  ( 4 )复读文章,核实任务

  针对以上三种题型,我在课堂上要求学生掌握了每种解题思路后都要按照这种原则、步骤去解题,慢慢适应解题方法,并在课堂练习中针对练习详细讲解为什么要这样做,如:为什么要瞻前顾后,通过例子加以说明等。

  四、书面表达题,多以看图写话为主,除了认真审题,端正书写等常规性的训练以外,平时让学生多写作文,互相修改,从自己的作文中发现错误,改正错误,总结错误,同时还应注意对学生讲清日记、书信、通知、电话留言等的写作方法与时态的运用。

  五、听力题,尤其是中考前的一个月,应加强训练,做到每天都有听力练习,以便提高听力应试能力。

  本人利用初二的朗读磁带要求学生每天进行听力训练,可以说收到比较好的效果。

  总之,对于每一节复习课都应有听、说、读、写的训练,老师不应该填鸭式的一唯灌输,应该把课堂作为复习的场所,学生作为复习的主体,老师作为复习的指挥棒,同时要充分利用电化教学手段,加大训练量,节省时间,以便全面提高教学质量。
