英语电子邮件范文 篇一

标题:关于暑假计划的讨论

Dear Peter,

I hope this email finds you well. I'm writing to discuss our plans for the upcoming summer vacation. As you know, the summer break is just around the corner, and I think it would be great if we could plan some activities together.

Firstly, I suggest we take a short trip to the beach. We can relax, swim, and enjoy the sunshine. It would be a perfect way to unwind after a long semester of hard work. We can also bring our surfboards and try out some surfing if you're up for it.

Secondly, I think it would be beneficial for us to join a language exchange program. This way, we can improve our English skills while also meeting new people from different cultures. I've done some research and found a program that offers a variety of activities, such as language classes, cultural excursions, and even volunteer work. I believe it would be a valuable experience for both of us.

Lastly, I propose that we spend some time volunteering at a local charity organization. It's always important to give back to the community, and I believe this would be a fulfilling way to spend our summer break. We can choose a cause that resonates with us, such as helping underprivileged children or supporting environmental initiatives.

I would love to hear your thoughts on these ideas and if you have any suggestions or alternative plans. Let's make the most of our summer vacation and create some unforgettable memories together.

Looking forward to your reply.

Best regards,

标题:请求延长作业提交期限

Dear Professor Johnson,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to request an extension for the deadline of the upcoming assignment in your English Literature class.

I have been facing some unexpected circumstances recently that have made it quite challenging for me to complete the assignment on time. My part-time job has demanded more of my time than usual, and I have also been dealing with a family emergency that has required a considerable amount of my attention and energy.

I understand the importance of meeting deadlines and taking responsibility for my academic commitments. However, given the circumstances, I kindly request an extension of one week to submit the assignment. I assure you that I am dedicated to completing the assignment to the best of my abilities and that the extension will not affect the quality of my work.

I understand that you may have a busy schedule, but I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider my request. I am more than willing to provide any necessary documentation or evidence to support my situation, if required.

Thank you for your understanding and consideration. I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

Dear Mr. John,

How are you getting on in Beijing?

I am writing to tell you a piece of good news. I am the champion of the Spoken English Competition held in the city. The success is owed to your help. Before you went to Beijing you spent much time on my spoken English so that I made great progress in it. As a result I got the first place in the competition. Thanks a lot.

I heard that you and your wife would visit my school. I am very happy and expect to see you soon. I am sending you a telescope as a small gift. I hope you will like it.

Best wishes.

Dear Mr. Jones:

We very much regret to learn form your letter of 2nd March that you are not satisfied with the dress materials supplied to your order what you say it seems possible that some mistakes has been made in our selection of the materials meant for you and we are arranging for our Mr. Yang to call on you later this week to compare the materials supplied with the samples form which your ordered them.

If it is found that our selection faulty, then you can most certainly rely on us to replace the materials. In any case, we are willing to take the materials back and, if we can not supply what you want, to cancel your order, though do this reluctantly since we have no wish to lose your custom.

Sincerely,

Dear Tom,

Thanks for your letter which finally caught up with me in London. I supposeyou're keen to hear how the trip has been so far. So here's a short descriptionof what's happened.

Well, you remember we left Sydney on Monday and arrived in London 24 hourslater. After such a long and e_hausting flight the first thing we did was tohave a good, long sleep. And after that?a good meal to make up for all thathorrible airline stuff!

The first real day of our holiday was spent just walking around London to geta feel of the place. After that, however, we were more particular and plannedeach day carefully.

First, we looked at all the historical sights, such as the Tower of London, the Houses of Parliament, the British Museum and the National Gallery. Then wevisited some other famous places, such as Kew Gardens and Hampstead , we took a one-day trip to O_ford, which is really the most marveloustown. You should make sure to go there when you visit England.

After we had seen a lot of London, we flew to Paris. A t first, we didn'tlike the place-I suppose because it was so different from London. Later, though,we began to really love it and started to appreciate its differentness.

The final stage of our trip is a visit to Rome, after which we will bestaying in Singapore for two days before returning to Australia.

Hope everyone is well. See you soon.
