敬爱的老师:
您好！
当我提笔写下《检讨书》这三个字时，心情很沉重。因为一直以来在别人眼中我一直都是个好学生、乖孩子。可是如今这《检讨书》却让我不再是个好学生了，变成这样我真的很难过。
记得刚来这学校时，我对这学校充满了信心，因为我想在这里有一片属于自己的天空，我可以有所成，而不是像现在这样沦落到写《检讨书》的地步。
一直以来想要努力追梦的我，从未想过，自己会因为一张请假条，而变成了不良学生。因为从小学起到高中止，我一直都是按时上学，从未迟到或早退，即使生病也不会轻易写情假条的人。或许我不该跟老师您说从前，因为那些都是过去式了，不可能回去了，人要往前看不是吗？
当高中老师听说我要写检讨书，他跟我说他很难过。知道现在我脑中一直环绕着他跟我说的话。说实话在悲伤只是我还是挺感动的，因为我遇到了一个真正关心我，对我好的老师。
从这次请假条丢了的事件中，使我深刻的认识到了以后做事情一定要谨慎全面，即使是已经写好了的请假条也要备份，为自己留后路。避免发生类似事件，由于是第一次请假，对请假事件也不是很清楚，也没有人告诉我。平时看别的同学请假都是那么容易，不用很麻烦。我以为只要去老师你那里签字，再交给班级负责人事情就可以解决了。所以也没有去想太多。写好请假条让老师你签字，就让同学转交了，也没有备份。
请假条在转交途中，不小心被弄丢了，使班级扣分，给老师你添麻烦了，在此我向老师你表示真诚的歉意，希望老师你能原谅我的过错。
这次犯错误，我想了很多，也反省了很久，自己很懊悔，很气自己，去触犯学校的铁律，也深刻认识到自己所犯下的错误的严重性。对自己所犯的错误感到羞愧。
最后希望老师你能原谅我，我错了。
