一、活动主题：“我的大学，我的梦”主题英语书法大赛
二、活动背景与意义
为了在我系营造一种英语写作氛围，让喜欢英语写作与英语书法的同学能找到一个发展的平台，为忙着过四、六级英语和一些弱于英语写作的同学能找到一个学习的空间，我系决定开展英语写作，英语书法大赛，以此让我系同学在英语写作中得到更多的交流与沟通，从而提高我们同学的写作技能与书法水平。
三、活动内容
活动时间：20xx年10月20日启动。
活动地点：德州学院外语系。
活动对象：德州学院09级全体学生、部分08及同学。
活动单位：主办单位：外语系督察部。
赞助单位：大学生精英论坛。
活动项目：1、英语写作比赛（文体不限，纸张要用A4纸张笔体不限，字数控制500字以内）
活动流程：前期：印发海报，宣传纸张，并在各班上进行宣传。
中期：10月30日，各班同学将作品交到班长，再统一交督察部。
注：停止收稿时间为10月30号下午6点。
后期：督察部将稿件整理好后交给评分老师进行评比，等老师评比完后将挑出获奖作同学品展出。
四、比赛要求：
内容积极健康，书写工整、不弄虚作假，以“我的大学，我的梦”为主题middot；文体不限，诚信写作、不得抄袭作假，字体工整，少涂改，字体在200—300字之间，统一用A4纸张，背面不得再写内容，在作品后附带上个人简历，包括姓名、专业班级（铅笔填写）。
五、具体安排：
宣传部：负责设计海报，横幅，做好一切对外对内的宣传工作。
督察部：把老师与同学沟通好，联系好老师做点评，并将稿件整理好，认真做好咨询负责联系，奖项设置等。
