她长着一双可以说话的眼睛，头发乌黑光亮，眼睛可以称得上“火眼金睛”，不管是谁在吵闹，她都能一一叫出名字！我们很怕她，但是她的声音很温柔。麦老师虽然抓到了那些捣乱的男同学，但是没有打骂他们，而是低声的说：“下次还犯吗？能做到的同学回座位坐好，做不到的同学站一节课。”那几个同学异口同声的说：“老师，下次不犯了！”同学们都一一回到座位坐好，并且不发出一丝声响。
麦老师知道我请了一个星期的假，怕我跟不上，很多课间活动麦老师都叫我，不会的题她会耐心给我讲解。
我喜欢上麦老师的课，最喜欢英语晚修课，因为麦老师会来班上。麦老师是我到思源学校以后最喜欢的一位老师，我恨不得一个星期的课和晚修都是麦老师的。她讲课很有趣，课上会做一些小游戏，麦老师的课堂同学们都会积极举手回答问题。我就奇怪了，为什么别的课我就不爱举手呢？而到了她的课大家都很活跃！我已经有了答案。因为我们喜欢麦老师，所以我们喜欢英语课。

这个学期开学时，我们班换了一位英语老师，我们叫她张老师，也叫她Miss张。
张老师个子高挑，身材纤细，穿着休闲，全身散发着青春和活力。
张老师是一个“多面人”。上课时非常严肃，只要我们不听话或上课不专心，就会发“火”。一发“火”就会“骂人”，一“骂人”就会说：“这就是我们的合作？”其实我知道，张老师是为了我们好，希望我们上课专心听讲，提高听课效率，学到更多知识。下课后，张老师又是一个平易近人的幽默的好老师。张老师会在中午听广播时或者下课给我们说改错或和我们聊天，而且老师叫人也叫的很肉麻，如毕毕、小黑和梦欣等。
原来李老师上英语课时，是从英语书的第1页一直教到最后一页，而张老师是先把每个单元的单词教一遍，再来学课文。张老师为什么要这样做，因为一定要先熟记单词，理解等词的意思后，再学习课文，这样学习英语更容易了。
张老师还特别认真。我第一次做作业时，用胶带纸粘了好几次，批下来打开一看，评语上写着“不错，注意整洁。”说明张老师不但对我们的课堂教学要求高，对我们的家庭作业要求也高。
虽然和张老师相处才一个多星期，但我非常喜欢这位既严肃又幽默还认真的老师。
