写作指导
这次作文要求写一篇发言稿。发言稿就是讲话稿，就是在一定的场合，面对一定的听众，发言人围绕着主题讲话的稿了。发言稿的基本格式是标题、称呼语、问候语、开场白、主婴内容、收束语。动笔之前，火家要认真阅读材料，提炼观点，明确主题，还要注意发言稿的写法。
1.拟一个醒日的标题。写发言稿时，我们可以用发言的主题作为标题，也可以从发言稿里面寻找最靓最美的句子。比如，可拟成《爱的奉献》、《他做得很值》、《生命的价值》、《从达贝里想到的》……
2.写称呼语、问候语和开场白。称呼语和问候语是你对现场听众的称呼和问候。称呼语要顶格写，后面用冒号；问候语通常另起一行空两格写，后面用叹号，再接开场白。开场白就是自我介绍，告诉听众发言的题目，自己讲话的原因等。亲爱的同学们

3.正文的导人方式。在写完开场白之后，就进入了正式的演讲，为了使本次演讲引人入胜，同学们不妨采用以下几种方式导入正文。
观点式：亮出自己的观点，是“值得”还是“不值得”？让读者一下子了解你所要表达的方向。例：读了这篇课文，如果你问达贝里这种做法值不值得？我的回答是肯定的，那就是一个字——“值”！
引用式：以歌词、涛句、名人名言导人，既能增加文章的厚重感，又能起到引领主题的作用。例：“这是心的呼唤，这是爱的奉献，这是人间的春风，幸福之花处处开遍¨…-”哼着这首歌曲，我想到了我们前两天学习的一篇课文——《少年总编》。
发问式：用发问的语气导人，能表达出强烈的个人情感。例：如果世界上没有一个人像迪罗·达贝里这样做的话，那么世界上就会有许多贫困儿童连袜子都穿不上，更别提能坐在教室里读书认字了？
5.联系生活，举类似的例子。发言稿不仅要做到观点鲜明，还要有充分的事例作为支撑，使内容充实而丰满。大家可多占台生活热点来论述“他这样做是值得的”。例：“虽然包己受伤了，但‘最美教师’张莉丽的做法是值得的，她保住了学生的安全，让花季的生命灿烂怒放。”
6.写好收束语。收束语就是发言稿的结尾部分。当发言结束时，用几句简洁的话，来概括发言的内容，激发听众的情绪，增强发言对听众的号召力和影响力。
感悟式：读完《少年总编》这篇课文，你有哪些收扶？结尾的时候，把你的感受和感悟写出来。例：学了这篇课文，我懂得了一个道理：做人就要像达贝里那样，乐于助人，为他人着想，俗话说“送人玫瑰，手留余香”，帮助别人的同时，自己也是快乐的。
照应式：这种结尾比较常见，与开头照应，收束全文，重申自己的立场和观点。开头：达贝里在14岁的时候去世了，他却在去世前短短的两年里，做了一件非常有意义的事。他虽然走了，仳精神永水驻人间。结尾：虽然达贝里已经走了，他的光辉形象却没有消失。让我们永远记住这个响庇的名字——迪罗·达贝里。
