尊敬的各位领导、亲爱的年青老师：
大家好。很荣幸我能作为中青年老师代表上台发言。我想用三个词语来概括我今天的说话内容，第一个词语是感谢，第二个词语是感动，第三个词语是感想。
先说感谢。我还清楚地记得第一次来南方中学的情景。XX年的元月，刘主任热情地接待了我，夏校长亲切地接见了我。当时我想：要是有机会加入这个令人羡慕的大家庭就好了。非常感谢领导和老师们对我们夫妻的赏识和信任，我们俩于XX年2月来到南方中学正式上班。实现我们人生的第三次重大转折：从农村到城市。第一次转折是考上大学从农村到城市上学，第二次转折是大学毕业从城市到农村工作。在南方中学工作的两年多时间里，领导同事们对我们都很关心，我所在的英语组是一个优秀的教研组，刘正芳、谭东红、贺静宇、贺晓辉等老师在教学上是我学习的榜样，他们身为骨干教师，非常敬业，敢于创新，又很热心帮助指导青年教师，这非常有利于我们的教学水平一步步提高。
再说感动。我想以高二年级为例来说明领导对老师们的关心。高二年级的几位领导：陈校长、刘科长、周科长，他们都是以身作责、务实肯干、心中有老师的好领导。有一次学校组织领导去黄山旅游，刘科长、周科长回来后给我们年级的每一位老师都带了一包黄山的特产，这让我们很感动，这件小事可以说明领导心中有老师，尊重老师、关心老师。尤其是刘科长，当年级组长还教两个班的数学，星期日下午还要上培优课，本来星期日下午的课他完全可以让其他几位数学老师上，但考虑到其他几位都是班主任，工作也很辛苦，自己就主动承担了。老师病了，刘科长、周科长亲自到医院看望，并负责把他们的课安排好。因为领导工作负责，又关心老师，老师们工作都非常认真，而且老师之间关系非常融洽，像我们班主任常在一起交流工作，相互学习，在座的就有佳茂、卜俊、李强、春虎、武艳、桔红。
最后说感想。现在的学生个性强，当老师累，当班主任更累，如果得不到理解那是累上加累，这是心理话，更是事实。有一次工作很累之时，我看到一本书写了这样一句话：“在教师生涯中，如果没有做过班主任，应该说不是一个最完美的老师。”还有人说过：“正是在给予中，我领悟到我的力量，我的财富，我的能力，使我欢乐溢怀。”当班主任搞德育工作确实很累，但当有学生充满信任地坐到我的身边对我倾诉时，当我看到学生怀着喜悦的心情告诉我班级在竞赛中获得荣誉时，当我看到我的学生顺利升入他们理想的大学时，当我想到现在309班的学生为我精心准备的烛光生日晚会时，我都感到教书育人的愉悦。我所带的309班一步一步地在进步，同时我也时刻提醒自己：“学生不会因为你班带得好而课教的差而原谅你；也不会因为你课教的好班带的差而迁就你，教书育人缺一不可。”所以我一方面尽力当好班主任，同是努力提高自己的教学水平。有人说年青老师经常写教学反思，就会很快成为一个好老师，我认为，要当一个好班主任，也要经常写反思。通过写反思，就会知道班级管理中存在的一些问题，就会知道遇到问题采取何种方法处理较好。在工作之余，我们应该加强锻练，身体好了才能工作好。我有一些不成熟的建议，学校能否组织中青年教师开展郊游、登山、拓展训练等活动，这有利于增进老师们的相互了解，也有利于培养老师们的团队精神。

经营方面：
1、对服务区特色菜品、酒水，进行广泛的推广，积极主动的向过往客人推销特色产品，增加餐厅的营业收入。
2、餐厅负责人与厨师长定期进行市场调研，确保以最优惠的价格购进优质的菜品，以降低成本，增加无形的营业收入。
