您们好！

我姓x，是本班学生xx的妈妈，也是我校一名英语教师。今天很高兴在这里结识大家，共同探讨孩子的学习问题

。一提到孩子学习，可能你正有一肚子无奈：学习从来不自觉，非要拎着耳朵才肯学，玩起游戏总没够，死活喊不动；*坐不住，摸东摸西不消停；做作业拖拖拉拉，磨磨蹭蹭；粗心马虎、不认真，考试不是看错就是看漏；遇到问题不动脑，光知道叫妈……作为一名老师，我很理解家长的纠结：没有谁愿意天天数落孩子，但谁忍心自己的孩子一辈子奔波劳碌，眼巴巴羡慕别人的光鲜和幸福！于是，唠叨、抱怨就成为我们老师和家长的常事。我们教育孩子都没有什么经验，我自己的孩子也是个普普通通的学生，今天，王老师给了我一个这样的机会，我就把我的几点教育孩子的体会说出来与大家交流一下，言语不当之处，敬请批评指正。我的女儿赵卓群在学习上倒是很自觉，每天放学前，认真记好作业，回家后逐一对照落实。说到记作业，我有过一次生气的经历，那是三年级，有一次卓群的语文老师钟老师说她没做完老师布置的作业，回家我就问她可有此事，她表现的不自然，显然老师也告诉她了。我让他拿出记作业小本，仔细看了看，的确没记全，于是我帮她分析了这样做的危害和弊端，今后应该怎么做。并且我随之监督了一个星期，天天看她记得作业，落实的怎样，好在哪里，不足是什么，我们交流后，女儿进步很快。从此后再也没有忘记过作业。我自己感觉无论是什么事，当家长的要抓好第一次，并且一定要处理彻底，让孩子明白不认真在家长这里行不通。还有做完作业后的检查，开始孩子不会检查，或是嫌麻烦不去检查，我就先做思想工作，指出检查作业的好处有多少，不检查还会有那些坏处。然后教给孩子怎样检查，看着她亲自操作一遍。为了让她学会检查，我们娘俩同时买了了两份资料，一起做。完成后互相检查。有一次女儿果然给我检查出了错误，我表扬她认真仔细，从那以后，她就慢慢学会了检查作业。这中间，我偶尔抽查一次，发现问题，及时解决。通过这件小事，我想说，孩子都希望学好，成绩高，需要家长指导具体的方法。作为小学生的家长，文化程度应该能够辅导得了，及时辅导不了，也可以问老师问同学，只是有很多时候家长没有耐心，不想操这份心罢了。自觉学习包括很多方面，但有一个共同的宗旨，那就是告诉孩子方法，然后监督执行，发现问题，及时总结，及时反馈，学习的过程也就是孩子不断犯错误和改正错误前进的过程，家长和孩子应该共同面对。

接下来我再说说如何帮孩子建立生活自理的习惯。现在的孩子都是独生子，好几个大人照顾这一个孩子。所以我们总是喜欢包揽孩子的一切，事无巨细，总喜欢说你只要学习好，什么事也不要你操心，要什么给什么。然而事实上，孩子越依赖父母，越容易滋生不满与敌对的情绪。因为孩子和大人一样，欲望永远是无限的。一旦满足不了他，就可能滋生敌对情绪。为此家长要把握好这个度，制定相应的制度和措施，严格落实一段时间，孩子就会养成较好的生活习惯。现在我的女儿能洗自己的小衣服，整理自己的床铺，收拾自己的书桌，也能帮我包水饺，扫地拖地，烧开水，买馒头，凡是她能干的活，我就安排他去干，干好了就奖励一下，可以是物质的，也可以是精神的，让孩子体会到劳动的快乐。适时地把孩子当成大人来对待，把你的感受告诉他，比如说，我看到你的书桌上很乱，心里就感到压抑，咱们一起收拾一下吧，一定会让我心旷神怡。借此机会教给孩子整理的方法，以后定期检查督促整理这一项，孩子就会重视起来，久而久之，孩子就会爱整洁了。所以在家务活上，我们家长要多放手给孩子选择的机会，并相信他能够干好。即使干不好，我们也要平心惊静气的指出改进的办法，再让他做一次，坚决不能替他干，否则前功尽弃。

无论是在学习上还是在生活上，家长和孩子都要进行语言的交流。父母的语言对孩子有着很深刻的影响，他们就象湿水泥，任何落到他们身上的话都能对其造成影响。所以我们当家长的要注意自己的语言，不断学习，从而实现与孩子的有效沟通。

怎样才能与孩子进行有效的沟通呢？我尝试了以下几个办法：

1、耐心地聆听。做父母的要有开明的思想和豁达的心胸，这样才能听到孩子要表达的情感，听到他们的感受和观点，明白他们谈话中的本质。要做到这点并不简单，我许多时候往往没有耐心听完孩子的话，经常听到一半就打断她说我知道了，知道了。这样的状况不好，久而久之，孩子就会不愿意与你交流了，究其根本是没有站在平等的朋友一般的立场来看待孩子。
