Hello everyone,
My name is Zhang Wei, and I am a freshman at XYZ University. I come from a small town in China, and I am excited to be here and share a little bit about myself.
Firstly, I am majoring in Business Administration. I have always been interested in the business world and I believe that studying this subject will provide me with a solid foundation for my future career. I am particularly interested in marketing and hope to work in a multinational company someday.
Apart from my academic pursuits, I am also actively involved in extracurricular activities. I am a member of the university's debate team, where I have learned the art of persuasive speaking and critical thinking. I have participated in several intercollegiate debate competitions and have even won a few awards. Being part of the debate team has not only improved my communication skills but also helped me develop valuable teamwork and leadership qualities.
In addition to debating, I am also a member of the university's volunteer club. I believe in giving back to the community and have participated in various volunteer activities such as organizing charity events, tutoring underprivileged children, and cleaning up local parks. These experiences have taught me the importance of empathy, compassion, and the satisfaction of making a positive impact on others' lives.
Outside of my academic and extracurricular activities, I enjoy reading books, especially self-help and motivational books.
