一、指导思想：

三、学生情况分析

这学期的培优辅差教学主要是为了提高优生的英语成绩和辅导后进生的基础知识，因此，我拟计划按照中考试题的题型划分，对学生进行专项训练，重点讲解单选题，用所给词的适当形式填空，补全对话，作文，听力这几方面的内容，在课堂上精讲，夯实学生的基础知识，并布置一定的练习，有针对性地训练，提高学生的做题能力。给后进生复习七八年级的基础知识尤其是语法知识，帮助他们养成良好的学习习惯。
五、主要措施
1.认真备好每一次教案，努力做好学习过程的知识性和实效性相结合。

学生实际情况：
我校三至六年共有35人，他们当中优等生相对比例较少，学困生偏多，中等生较多，因此特选出几名优差生作为本学期培优辅差生。除了学困生其他学生学习积极性较高，成绩较好，学习劲头较高。
一、工作目标
1、本学期的培优工作目标是将三年级张婷同学确立为优等生，四年级刘雪祎同学为优等生，五年级张文迪同学为优等生，六年徐佳琦同学为优等生。
2、本学期的辅差工作目标将三年级李天昊同学确立为学困生。四年级于秋妹同学确立为学困生，五年级张文杰同学确立为学困生，六年级王卓越同学确立为学困生。
二、具体工作及完成措施
重点工作：
1、在培优中，将针对每人的学习特点方法作出适当的学习方案。努力发挥优生的特长，鼓励优等生多读书，读好书，多学习英语方面的知识，从中积累词汇，领悟内涵，以
