本学期我担任高一1、2两个班的英语科教学,完成了1、2两个必修模块的教学任务。虽然这届是第二轮教学,但学生的基础不一样,所以方式和感受也不同。在教学中结合本班学生的实际情况,集体精心备课,积极听课、评课,认真上课,结合课内外知识,适当运用多媒体教学,课后针对上课情况,做好教学反思。分层选择适合生情的作业,及时批改讲评,注重培养学生综合运用英语能力。当然,在获取了一些教育教学经验的同时,也认识到了自己在工作中仍有许多须提高和改进的地方。为今后能更有成效地完成教书育人的己任,特将本学期的工作总结如下:
1、认真备课。既备教材,又备学生。
在领会大纲精神吃透教材的情况下,分析所教班学生(1班和2班)的实际情况,由于初高中衔接问题,加上学生基础不扎实,就出现了部分原本初中的尖子生在第一次月考就不及格的现象,严峻的形势使他们受到了很大的冲击,部分学生开始放弃。这学期的重点是帮助他们认识到高中英语的重要性和与初中英语学习的区别,帮助他们养成良好的学习习惯。
因此,了解了学生的情况,就应该从实际出发,我结合大纲要求,做出切实可行的教学设计。学生基础差,于是在传授新课的同时,结合初中知识,不断夯实基础,发展能力;在45分钟的课堂里,提高效率,让学生真正吸收每节所学知识。
精心利用材料。这学期我们选用英语周报作为教辅材料,充分发挥了它的作用。每周进行一到两次听力训练,选用部分随堂练习作为课堂巩固练习。周报上的单选题、完形填空及阅读理解,要求学生认真完成并及时讲评(偶尔进行限时训练)。讲评结束时,通过听写等注意督促学生巩固练习中的知识点。
2、努力活跃课堂气氛。
为了提高课堂教学效果,在课堂教学中,我总是想方设法激发,调动学生参与课堂教学的热情,从而活跃了课堂气氛,提高了课堂教学效果。英语是一门外语,对学生而言,既生疏又困难,在这样一种大环境之下,要教好英语,就要让学生喜爱英语,让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪,不愿学,也无法学下去。为此,我经常鼓励学生回答问题,并以此来给他们加分,一些基础较差的学生为能顺利通过模块考试,都能积极的参与各种课堂活动,使课堂活跃起来。同时,多鼓励学生参加学校组织的一些英语活动,如英语演讲比赛,英语单词接龙比赛等。帮学生树立学习的信心,并做好对学生学习的辅导和帮助工作。

走进大学,英语学习是必然的,虽然英语成绩不是太理想,但是从几年的学习过程中也领会了一些怎样应用策略的方法,如何学习才能更家对英语有兴趣。最终学好英语一定要多下功夫。应做到“四勤”与“四多”,具体说来,有以下几点
一、“四勤”
1.勤背诵。2.勤朗读。3.勤练习。4.勤总结。
积极记忆课本中出现的生词及词组,理解其用法,并适当运用一些正、反义词对比,相似词对比等方式加强记忆。相对于其它学科来说,英语的知识点相当零碎,一定要在平时的收集、整理、总结上下功夫。平时听老师提到或是在参考书上看到的一些零碎的小知识都要及时记录下来,以备以后复习时用。
二、“四多”
1.多看。2.多听。3.多说。4.多练。
近年来英语试题的难度逐渐增大,试题的触角涉及到日常生活的各个领域,因此,从高一开始就应尽可能地扩大阅读面,广泛阅读,以求开阔视野,并在潜移默化中提高自己的英文水平。培养敏锐的语感将有助于增强辨析力和判断力,是英语学习过程中十分重要的一环。多说可以增强口语能力,加深记忆,使学过的知识清晰地映在脑海里,不容易被忘记。通过做大量的习题,可以增强实践经验,不至于临阵发慌,手足无措。
具体实行方案如最重要是单词,开学之时制定个计划,准备在什么时候把第几课的单词背熟,如果可能尽早把所有单词记得滚瓜烂熟,要是不行至少在每一节上课之前把此课的单词记熟。
2.每天至少看30分钟的课文,哪一篇都好(前提是单词读熟),最好以娱乐的心态去进行,不要当作苦差,如果坚持不了至少一周看三次,在读的时候慢慢培养速度,当然这是在读的质量有保证的前提下。
3.买英语系列磁带,每天坚持听一段时间,至少多长自己把握。
我认为,如果可以完全或80%地做到以上几点,学习英语就自然而然变成了一件乐事,既的到了提高有增强了自己的自主学习能力,我想这是我学习英语的最大收获!
