公司领导非常重视年度总结工作,希望通过年终总结对一年来的工作进行回顾和分析,总结经验和教训,摆问题、找方法,以指导今后工作。
1月23日、27日、28日以及29日上午半天,公司各部门分成三组对各自工作进行了总结,公司领导全程参加,并对总结进行点评和提出相关要求,各部门经理也全程列席、观摩,与总结部门交流互动。
这种形式的总结会加深了部门间工作的了解和理解,使得部门内部、部门之间、部门与领导之间都得到一次较为充分的交流。
总结会上,很多部门都有亮点,比如船管部对部门存在的问题论证到位,对采纳员工的建议进行列表,并提出有针对性的实施要求和安排;船员部对船员管理工作定位明确,坚持严管善待两手都要硬,对后续工作条理清晰;体系管理部强调学习互动,立足本职工作提出可行建议等,对公司其他部门都有很好的借鉴意义。
总结会更多的是对工作经验的总结、对一般性、突出性问题的讨论和对下一步工作的建议。
