一年来，我校在文教局等各级领导的关怀指导下，在各位老师的积极配合下，圆满完成了本学年初制定的工作计划。
以下是我校工作的简要回顾。
一、抓好常规教学工作：
1)制定好学期工作计划，根据学校制定的《教学工作常规》《周工作计划》等对教学常规工作中的备课、作业批改、常规课、备课活动及教研活动等作了统一、具体的要求，发给每个备课组和组员，使大家的工作做到心中有数，有的放矢，确保本学期工作的顺利开展。
2)配合学校的教学常规工作检查对教研常规进行了一次细致认真的检查，并对发现的问题进行了个别提醒，并督促存在问题的老师进行了及时的整改。
3)组织好每周一次的教研活动，包括读书交流活动和评课活动。
利用教研活动时间认真学习学部下达的《教学工作常规》，并对读书交流活动作了详细的计划和部署，使得每次教研活动都能够给予老师们体会读书乐趣、分享读书心得的机会，并使大家增长见识、获得理论的提升。
4)加强学校交流，营造开放课堂。
我校有着浓厚的教研氛围，随时欢迎来自全国英语老师到福尼斯学校听课、学习、交流《伊呀呀韵律拼音英语》。
二、组织、参加了丰富多彩的活动、竞赛
1)全体员工精诚合作办好第一届英语节。
为了进一步推进素质教育，深化新课程改革，体现我校办学特色，促进学生全面发展，激发学生对英语的兴趣和爱好，提高学生英语的听、说、读、写能力，英语节，以一系列丰富多彩的英语活动为载体，激发学生学习的兴趣，营造良好的英语学习氛围，丰富校园文化生活，让学生在英语实践中体会到学英语、用英语的快乐。

2)组织好我校学生参加市小学生英语口语大赛。

三、开展课题研究，深化教学改革
我们继续围绕重点课题《伊呀呀韵律拼音英语》，按计划定期开展研究活动，抓实研究过程，并把科研与教学实践工作紧密结合，不断总结课题实施中出现的种种问题，真正做到以科研推动教学效率，提高教学质量。

力争让每一位教师都能最大限度的保持心理平衡，心理平衡是充分调动老师积极性的重要保障。
3)树正气，形成一种健康向上的氛围，让教师们能够保持心理上的平衡。
风气对于一个团体的健康发展至关重要，甚至能决定一个团体的`兴衰与存亡。
对于良好风气的树立，一是言论方面，另一方面是行动。
比如：在处理勤与懒的问题上：首先要对勤勤恳恳工作并善于合作的人给予不断的表扬和诚恳的肯定，虽然我们不是为了荣誉和物质奖励而工作。
4)强调合作，对于有协助精神的教师给予大张旗鼓的表扬。
5)充分发挥教师的特长，给他们展示自己的机会，让他们有发挥特长的荣誉感，并给予力所能及的支持和协助。

二、紧抓安全防卫工作，创建平安校园
1.加强责任人制度，确保全方位管理，落实安全防卫措施，确保校区安全工作。
学校是人口密集的地方，尤其是小学生是社会安全弱势群体，本年度全国各地突发多起小学生受害
事件。
为此我校积极防范，从细节出发，减少各种事故的隐患，杜绝事故的发生。
结合我校实际情况，针对安全防卫工作，主要有以下几方面：⑴加强校区入口检查，对来访人员进行登
记入册;
⑵对各校区配备了安保人员，安装监控设备，做到安全防卫工作的全面管理监督;
⑶加强各校区校舍安全设备检查检修，设备不全及时补充;
⑷加强安全防卫工作精神的学习及安全防卫知识的培训;
各校区各项工作都做到自检自查，自我修正。
以实现科学预防，遏制突发事件的爆发，切实维护师生生命安全和学校正常秩序。
到目前为止，我校未发现一例安全事故。
三、探索办学规律，服务教育教学
1.为英语教育研究提供优质服务
结合自身办学体制，我们的管理工作以优质服务重点，在服务中来体现正确的办学思想，在服务中体

2.紧抓细化教育，提升教育实力
学生的学习需要有一个科学的系统及方法，需要学校教育与学习对象的完美结合。
20**年我们继续上年度工作，结合本年度工作目标及计划，针对不同年龄学员进行调研，研究，分析。
针对这些细节工作，20**年我们积极引进外援，聘请讲师讲解有关细化教育理念，整体教育理论，空间式教育法则等知识，并利用外来优秀资源，制定了《班级管理制度》、《教学细节工作规定》以及其它各项涉及教育细节工作的要求、规定和制度。
