This has not only enhanced my ability to express myself more accurately but also improved my reading comprehension. However, I still struggle with memorizing certain words and tend to forget them easily. To address this issue, I plan to create flashcards and review them regularly to reinforce my vocabulary.
Another area that has shown improvement is my grammar. Through regular grammar exercises and practice, I have become more confident in using various tenses, sentence structures, and parts of speech correctly. However, I still make occasional errors, especially when it comes to more complex grammar rules. To overcome this challenge, I will dedicate more time to studying grammar rules and seek help from my teacher or classmates whenever I encounter difficulties.
Listening comprehension is an area that I have been actively working on, and I can see the progress I have made. I have been listening to podcasts, watching English movies, and engaging in conversations with native speakers. These activities have helped me improve my listening skills and become more accustomed to different accents and speech patterns. However, I still struggle with understanding fast-paced conversations or conversations with unfamiliar topics. 持续不断的语言知识,而不是“玩”来培养学生持久的兴趣。小学英语教学是要重视培养兴趣,但不能单*唱歌游戏去学习,因为培养兴趣主要是为了学习英语。小学生学习英语不是英美的移民学习英语,则只有不断学到语言知识,提高语言能力,满足他们的成就感,才可能培养持久的兴趣。而目前小学生每周只有100多分钟的英语课,单*唱歌游戏不能培养学生持久的兴趣。新鲜劲儿一过,孩子们就会厌倦。所以,唱歌游戏应该作为小学生学习英语语言知识、技能的一些手段,而不是培养兴趣的手段。我们可以采用多种手段帮助小学生在记忆力强的时期多记单词,多学习语言规则,并尽可能多创造模仿的机会,提高学生的语音和语调。在英语学习中,听、说、读、写、译五种能力是可以互补的。真正做到听说先行,读写跟上。光听说不读写,很难收到高效。只模仿不培养学习能力,也难减轻学习负担。所以小学生还是应当认真进行语言学习。

而目前在小学的低年级的英语教学中,不要求学生掌握词汇,而只要求学生能根据提示或图片说出该单词,其本质无非是要学生们死记硬背,鹦鹉学舌。由于小学生们没有相应的读音规则训练,不熟悉词汇的拼写规则,单词的音、形、意三者不能有效的结合在一起,因而导致了单词记忆的困难,并成了小学生学英语的瓶颈。

时间过得真快,一转眼,半个学期已过去了。这个学期,我担任了三年级三个班的英语课,通过半个学期的教学情况,我发现在实际的教学工作中面临许多要总结和有待解决的问题。
一、从试卷卷面分析,我发现我在教与学生在学的过程中存在以下几方面的问题:
1、三个班的成绩参差不齐,只有三(2)班考出水平,其他两个班这次考试成绩都不理想。
2、三(1)、三(3)班课堂纪律散慢,这也是本次考试成绩不好的主要原因。特别是三(1)班,学生上课爱说话,爱搞小动作,很多学生不能集中精神听讲,所以,下半学期特别要提高课堂效率。
3、学生背诵课文,理解句子能力不强。许多学生失分在看句子选择答句的题目上,接下来,需加强学生背课文和对话的能力。
4、备课不够到位,只注重了大部分学生的学习和接受能力,却忽略了少部分学生的能力。
5、差生辅导工作做得不足,不到位。开展“一帮一”的学习活动,没收到太大的`效果。
6、没能及时地发挥家长的作用。
二、今后努力的方向。
1、提高学生学习英语的兴趣,因为兴趣是最好的老师,只要学生对英语产生兴趣,其学习积极性必然会提高。
2、提高课堂效率,在实际教学中我将加大英语教学的力度、灵活度。基本方法是:抓好基本句子的教学,突破重难点拓展知识,学困生的课后辅导,为优等学生提供展示自己的舞台,多为待发展学生提供练习的机会。及时总结教学中的经验体会,及时调整教学思想和教学方法。通过经常性的课堂练习使学生说英语的能力得到提高,及时纠正学生的英语发音。
3、狠抓课堂纪律,让一些平时爱说话、爱搞小动作的学生能集中到课堂上来,向课堂四十分钟要效率。
4、每班一张花名册,记录每课过关情况。没能及时完成作业、课文内容过关的和上课表现异常的学生将与家长取得联系,在星期二、三和星期四下午课后进行辅导,直至任务完成才能回家。
5、开展“一帮一”的学习,对有成效的组进行适当奖励。
