My dad helped me set up my fishing rod and taught me how to cast the line. He showed me how to attach the bait, a small worm, onto the hook. With excitement, I threw my line into the water and waited patiently for a fish to bite.

As I sat on the dock, I observed the nature around me. Birds were chirping, and butterflies were fluttering from flower to flower. It was so peaceful and serene. I felt a sense of calmness wash over me.

After a few minutes, I felt a tug on my fishing rod. I quickly reeled in the line and saw a small fish at the end of it. I was thrilled! My dad helped me remove the fish from the hook and gently placed it back into the water. It swam away happily.

Throughout the day, I caught several more fish. Some were big, while others were small. Each time, I carefully released them back into the water. I didn't want to harm the fish or disturb their natural habitat.
