前言
微课以视频为主要载体，以在线学习的方式促进学生学会自主学习，微课中的知识比较细化，讲解的可能仅仅是某个知识点或者某个教学环节，它不像实际课堂教学时间那么长，而且教学的容量比较小，避免了学生在学习时产生倦态情绪，有助于培养学生学习初中历史的主动性，有利于提高初中生学习历史的积极性和兴趣，从而助于他们掌握历史知识。
１微课的特点
微课具有主题突出、传播方式多样和使用便捷的特点。微课程的教学内容较传统的课堂教学精简，主题鲜明，学生易于理解易于掌握知识。微课便于学生使用，在线学习方便快捷，而且学生可以用手机进行相互传播讨论。
２微课的开发对初中历史教学的意义
２．１传统的课堂教学时间较长，学生在课堂上容易走神分心，而微课用时短有利于学生注意力的集中，因为学生的注意力集中时间只有二十分钟左右，过长的时间会使学生分心走神，学习效率未必高，微课主要是精细地讲解一些疑点、难点，不会耗费学生太多的精力，符合初中生的学习心理特点，学生在学习微课时能够保持注意力高度集中。

作为一种现代的先进的课堂教学方式，它是对传统的教学方式的补充，它使历史知识的重难点细节化，它便于传播知识，符合学生的发展需求。因此，作为初中历史教师，我们要善于创作符合学生个性发展的微课，积极转换教学模式，顺应时代的发展潮流。历史教师要善于创设微课，因为微课能够把历史知识渗透入多媒体教学中，能够帮助学生更好的学习历史知识，同时，还能增加学生学习历史的乐趣。微课有助于推动历史教学实践迈上一个新的高度，作为初中历史教师我们要努力探索微课在历史教学中应用的最优化的方式。
