“叮铃铃……”在闹钟的催促下，我终于迷迷糊糊起来了，洗完脸刷完牙后，看了看时钟。呀！怎么就八点了？我想也没想抓起早饭，背上还没有拉好拉链的书包，狠狠的拉开门，也不顾母亲在背后的呼唤，也不说一声再见，像一只小狮子一样，没头没脑地冲了出去。
来到学校，我含着满口的早饭，看了看时间。还好没有迟到，我便从书包里找我下午英语课的课本，准备再背背课文，以免又被罚。我找了一遍，没有发现课本的身影。我又仔细的找了一遍，还是连影子都没看到，我仔细地翻着抽屉不知多少遍，终于停下了，倒吸了一口冷气。要知道我这个英语老师是很凶的，在他的世界里罚抄好像是最好的惩罚方式，要是没带课本一定要你把当天学的好几大篇文章抄三遍，我什么也没想从口袋里拿出手机一下子冲出教室，拨打了我外公的电话，在等待外公接通的时间里，我心如刀割，渴望地等着，可是像是过了半个世纪后手机里只传来了那熟悉而又温柔的声音：“您拨打的电话已关机！”
顿时我感觉到一直压着我心脏的那把刀终于割碎了我那再脆弱不过的心脏，眼眶湿润，心里不断浮现出被英语老师“杀害”的情景，我轻轻地叹了口气，好像世界已经没有光明了。

花了一天的时间，我终于把其中5本书全都看完了，眼睛可真疼。我刚刚要对妈妈说话时，她打断了我，大声说道：“给我睡觉去!”“妈妈呀妈妈你真是太欺负人了，刚学习完又要去睡觉，连句话也不让我说，迟早你会后悔的，妈妈!”妈妈肯定地说：“绝对不会后悔!”
经过了一天又一天的学习，我英语终于好一点了，可还有一个星期就要期末考试了，已经来不及了。妈妈对我进行了吼叫学习法，让我把英语句子，大声地吼出来。我吼了一天又一天，我对妈妈说了一句话，可妈妈没听。

我心情十分不好，开始考试了，我拿到试卷，一看，怎么这么难做，唉，又要考砸了。我的心怦怦直跳，怎么也安静不下来。开始听力部分，我认真地听着，终于，听力部分搞定了，听力部分不是特别难。难的还在后面，笔试部分可就不好做了，我认真地做着，可是英语单词我不熟，绞尽脑汁也想不出来了，真是书到用时方恨少，结果空了很多，时间很快就过去了，交卷了，我心里像有十五只吊桶——七上八下。
交上了试卷，我听着同学们的议论，才知道，原来别人也有很多不会做，但比我好。
过了几天，发下了试卷，我一看只有60几分，心想，这下倒霉了，要挨批了。
回到家里，爸爸妈妈一看试卷，果然就火了，妈妈火冒三丈，爸爸暴跳如雷，最后被罚扣零用钱。
我想考试要考好，还得靠自己，只有上课认真听，认真做作业，课后听英语，复习上课时的内容，只有这样才能考好。
