  1、怎样提出 们的想法

  如果想让沟通能够在积极主动的情况下进行,需要双方提出自己的想法。由对方先提出会对自己比较有利,所以通常情况下,如果事情正如你所料,就相应地调整自己的策略。但作为乙方,这时候往往比较着急,或者说一般乙方都愿意先提出自己的想法。通常人们认为如果不得不首先提出想法时,或者决定先提出开场想法,那么就应提出比自己希望高的要求。例如说到价格时,先把价格定得高一些,

再通过沟通慢慢下调,这样就会营造一个较大的回旋空间,不至于太被动。在提出想法时,要注意以下几方面的内容:

  ◆尽量客观。提出想法时,一定要避免提出自己的主观性和非理性的想法。
