大家好!
我参加的是竞聘保安部经理演讲。首先应感谢公司领导为我们创造了这次公平竞争的机会!此次竞聘，本人并非只是为了当官，更多的是为了在有可能的情况下实现自己的人生价值。
人们常说：机遇总是垂青于有所准备的人。我非常认同这句话，在上台之前，我综合权衡了一下自己，认为自己参与竞聘具有以下三点竞聘优势：
首先，我具有丰富的工作经验。
我从参加工作以来，从事过很多岗位，每一个岗位都是从事不同性质的工作。多个岗位的工作经历，使我的工作能力、适应能力有了较大的提高。
其次，具有较强的组织、协调和管理能力。
工作中，我识大体，顾大局，处理问题较为周全，竞聘保安班长工作认真负责。
再次，多年的工作实践，使我养成了严谨细密扎实高效的工作作风。
我个人的性格特点是做事追求完美，无论什么工作，不干则已，要干就要追求卓越，力争达到一流水平。这种性格促使我自加压力、负重奋进，竭尽全力争取把本职工作做得。
如果承蒙领导厚爱，我将切实解放思想，实事求是，以全新的工作方法，做好这项工作。具体我将做到以下几点：
一、真诚讲团结，积极协助经理做好各项保安主管竞聘报告工作
多年的工作经验告诉我，同事之间团结比什么都重要。在团结方面，一定要摆正位置，正确认识和看待自己，胸怀全局，当好配角，多为经理提出合理化的建议和科学的工作方法，并协助经理做好工作。
二、协助经理建立科学的安检制度
我将协助经理依照当前公司的实际情况，并参考其他航空公司的安检条例，建立我公司科学的安检制度。使每项工作流程都有制度规范，每个安检岗位都有制度约束，每位员工都能遵守各项制度，并做到以制度管理人，以制度约束人，坚决屏弃以人管人的落后管理模式。同时，建立安全状态等级机制，将安检保安领班竞聘工作分为若干等级，规定不同等级下的标准、人员保障、信息指挥、交通保障等要素，并明确根据不同的情况灵活转进。
三、提高服务档次，倡导人性化服务
我将把安全意识融入到服务中，使乘客在了解安全知识的同时，感到亲情化的服务。加强培训，提高工作人员的服务意识和服务素质，使他们的一举一动，甚至一个眼神都都能使乘客感到亲切。同时，根据当前实际情况适当推出便民箱、爱心通道、晚到乘客、团体乘客服务等服务项目，从细节上提高服务档次，实现人性化的工作模式。

我是市级语文教学能手，曾获省优质课二等奖。我担任过首届名师，有着丰富的经验。我带的徒弟徐宪霞，成长迅速，不负我望，更不负众望，现在她是我校语文教研组的骨干力量。
我有创新意识和创新精神。去年我校大力推广捆绑式评价机制，我结合当时初三一部的具体情况。

好比奢侈品巨头路易·威登，他人生转折的精彩跌宕让后人赞叹不已。他出生于乡下一个木匠之家，14岁之前他接触最多的是飞溅的木屑。14岁时他的人生有了转折，他后来成了奢侈品巨头。
在路易·威登14岁时，村子里来了两位打扮时尚的年轻人，他们嘲笑村民们衣着老土，“这个鬼地方怎么月亮都显得那么肮脏”!这些话深深地刺伤了路易·威登，他决心要去巴黎，看看那里的人和月亮究竟有什么不同。一路颠沛游离，路易·威登终于来到巴黎，却发现这里的月亮并不比家乡的干净圆满，人们的装扮倒让他大开眼界。这个赤贫的孩子在巴黎无亲无故，生活异常艰难困苦。后来，他竟饿倒在一家高档皮箱店门口，好心肠的店主将其救起。他醒来后，抓住机会，请求店主收留他当一名店员。店主拒绝了他，经过一番坎坷挫折，路易·威登终于在巴黎找到了第一份工作，当了一名普通的捆衣工。他十分珍惜这份工作，虚心向师傅们请教，刻苦钻研实践，力争每一个细节都完美无缺。他始终相信：今天所学的一切都必将成为明天的种子，不能用过于功利的眼光来看待眼前所学的一切，它们并没有高低贵贱之分，更不会毫无价值，“既来之则安之”，在今天种下什么，以后就会收获一个什么样的明天。
一年后，路易·威登再次来到最初饿倒的那家皮箱店，再次请求店主收留他，店主再次拒绝了他。最终他用自己的聪明与才智让店主破例收留了他做一名学徒。
学徒路易·威登在店里勤奋精进，谦卑热忱，因为做过木工，他做的皮箱更加结实;因为做过捆衣工，他做的皮箱在空间设计上更加科学合理。很快，路易·威登成为一位手艺超群的年轻师傅，他所推出的皮箱一直保持着良好突出的销量记录。最后，他在香榭丽舍大街开了一家皮箱店，为时尚品牌LV(路易威登)的问世开辟出了道路。
可见任何一门学问都离不开积累，没有积累就谈不上发现与创新，也就没有创造。当今在求知的过程中，我们不能一味的努力，还要讲究科学的思考。只有学习和思考相结合，才会取得成效。
